وَتَرْحَمْنَا
and have mercy (on) us,

ٱهْبِطُوا۟
"Get down

وَلَكُمْ
And for you

حِينٍ

تَحْيَوْنَ
you will live

تَمُوتُونَ
you will die

ءَادَمَ
(of) Adam!

سَوْءَٰتِكُمْ
your shame

وَرِيشًا
and (as) an adornment.

وَلِبَاسُ
But the clothing
×1
يَفْتِنَنَّكُمُ
tempt you
×1
أَبَوَيْكُم
your parents
×1
يَنزِعُ
stripping
×1
لِبَاسَهُمَا
their clothing
×1
لِيُرِيَهُمَا
to show both of them
×2
يَرَىٰكُمْ
sees you -
×1
وَقَبِيلُهُۥ
and his tribe
×1
تَرَوْنَهُمْ
you see them.
×29
جَعَلْنَا
We have made
×3
بِٱلْفَحْشَآءِ
immorality.
×3
أَتَقُولُونَ
Do you say

بِٱلْقِسْطِ
justice
×1
بَدَأَكُمْ
He originated you
×1
تَعُودُونَ
(so) will you return."

وَفَرِيقًا
and a group
×1
زِينَتَكُمْ
your adornment
×6
زِينَةَ
(the) adornment
×2
وَٱلطَّيِّبَٰتِ
and the pure things
×2
ٱلْفَوَٰحِشَ
the shameful deeds
×1
وَٱلْإِثْمَ
and the sin,
×2
وَٱلْبَغْىَ
and the oppression
×1
يَسْتَأْخِرُونَ
seek to delay
×8
سَاعَةً
an hour,
×62
أَصْحَٰبُ
(are the) companions
×1
يَتَوَفَّوْنَهُمْ
(to) take them in death
×9
أُمَمٍ
(the) nations
×9
وَٱلْإِنسِ
and the men
×2
أُخْتَهَا
its sister (nation)
×1
ٱدَّارَكُوا۟
they had overtaken one another
×1
أُخْرَىٰهُمْ
(the) last of them
×1
لِأُولَىٰهُمْ
about the first of them,
×1
أَضَلُّونَا
misled us
×1
فَـَٔاتِهِمْ
so give them
×1
أُولَىٰهُمْ
(the) first of them
×1
لِأُخْرَىٰهُمْ
to (the) last of them,
×1
تُفَتَّحُ
be opened
×1
ٱلْجَمَلُ
the camel
×1
سَمِّ
(the) eye
