وَلْيَحْكُمْ
And let judge

وَمُهَيْمِنًا
and a guardian

أَهْوَآءَهُمْ
their vain desires

شِرْعَةً
a law
×1
وَمِنْهَاجًا
and a clear way.

لَجَعَلَكُمْ
He (would have) made you
×3
فَٱسْتَبِقُوا۟
so race
×1
وَٱحْذَرْهُمْ
and beware of them
×1
يَفْتِنُوكَ
they tempt you away
×3
فَٱعْلَمْ
then know that
×1
لَفَٰسِقُونَ
(are) defiantly disobedient.
×1
أَفَحُكْمَ
Is it then the judgment
×11
يُوقِنُونَ
(who) firmly believe.
×3
يَتَوَلَّهُم
takes them as allies
×15
فَإِنَّهُۥ
then indeed, he

نَخْشَىٰٓ
"We fear
×1
تُصِيبَنَا
(may) strike us
×1
بِٱلْفَتْحِ
the victory
×1
فَيُصْبِحُوا۟
Then they will become
×1
أَسَرُّوا۟
they had concealed

وَيَقُولُ
And will say
×2
أَقْسَمُوا۟
swore
×1
لَمَعَكُمْ
(were) with you?"

حَبِطَتْ
Became worthless
×2
دِينِهِۦ
his religion,
×1
يُحِبُّهُمْ
whom He loves
×1
وَيُحِبُّونَهُۥٓ
and they love Him,
×2
أَعِزَّةٍ
(and) stern
×1
يُجَٰهِدُونَ
striving
×1
لَوْمَةَ
the blame
×1
لَآئِمٍ
(of) a critic.
×1
وَلِيُّكُمُ
your ally
×1
رَٰكِعُونَ
(are) those who bow down.

يَتَوَلَّ
takes as an ally
×7
حِزْبَ
(the) party
×1
نَادَيْتُمْ
you make a call
×1
ٱتَّخَذُوهَا
they take it
×26
بِأَنَّهُمْ
(is) because they
×1
تَنقِمُونَ
you resent
×2
أَكْثَرَكُمْ
most of you
×3
أُنَبِّئُكُم
I inform you
×1
مَثُوبَةً
(as) recompense
×2
لَّعَنَهُ
has (been) cursed
×1
ٱلْقِرَدَةَ
[the] apes
×1
وَٱلْخَنَازِيرَ
and [the] swines,
×1
وَعَبَدَ
and (who) worshipped
×9
مَّكَانًا
(in) position
×9
دَّخَلُوا۟
they entered
