أَيْدِيَهُمَا
their hands

نَكَٰلًا
(as) an exemplary (punishment)

ظُلْمِهِۦ
his wrongdoing

يُعَذِّبُ
He punishes

لِلْكَذِبِ
to falsehood,

يَأْتُوكَ
come to you.

ٱلْكَلِمَ
the words

فَخُذُوهُ
[so] take it

تُؤْتَوْهُ
you are given it

فَٱحْذَرُوا۟
then beware."

intends

فِتْنَتَهُۥ
his trial,

يُطَهِّرَ
He purifies

أَكَّٰلُونَ
devourers
×1
لِلسُّحْتِ
of the forbidden.

أَعْرِضْ
turn away

تُعْرِضْ
you turn away

يَضُرُّوكَ
will they harm you

حَكَمْتَ
you judge,
×3
ٱلْمُقْسِطِينَ
the ones who are just.

يُحَكِّمُونَكَ
they appoint you a judge
×3
حُكْمُ
(is the) Command
×2
يَتَوَلَّوْنَ
they turn away
×2
وَنُورٌ
and light;

يَحْكُمُ
judged
×2
ٱلنَّبِيُّونَ
the Prophets,

لِلَّذِينَ
for those who
×1
وَٱلرَّبَّٰنِيُّونَ
and the Rabbis,
×1
ٱسْتُحْفِظُوا۟
they were entrusted
×1
تَخْشَوُا۟
fear
×2
وَٱخْشَوْنِ
but fear Me,
×2
وَكَتَبْنَا
And We ordained
×1
وَٱلْعَيْنَ
and the eye
×1
بِٱلْعَيْنِ
for the eye,
×1
وَٱلْأَنفَ
and the nose
×1
بِٱلْأَنفِ
for the nose,
×1
وَٱلْأُذُنَ
and the ear
×1
بِٱلْأُذُنِ
for the ear,
×1
وَٱلسِّنَّ
and the tooth
×1
بِٱلسِّنِّ
for the tooth,
×1
وَٱلْجُرُوحَ
and (for) wounds
×2
قِصَاصٌ
(is) retribution.
×1
تَصَدَّقَ
gives charity
×1
كَفَّارَةٌ
an expiation
×24
ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ
(are) the wrongdoers.
×4
ٱلْإِنجِيلَ
the Injeel,
×2
وَمُصَدِّقًا
