سَفِينَةٍ
ship

غَصْبًا
(by) force.

ٱلْغُلَٰمُ
the boy

فَكَانَ
his parents were

فَخَشِينَآ
and we feared

يُرْهِقَهُمَا
he would overburden them

فَأَرَدْنَآ
So we intended

يُبْدِلَهُمَا
would change for them

رَبُّهُمَا
their Lord,

مِّنْهُ
than him

زَكَوٰةً
(in) purity
×1
وَأَقْرَبَ
and nearer
×1
رُحْمًا
(in) affection.
×1
ٱلْجِدَارُ
the wall,
×1
لِغُلَٰمَيْنِ
for two orphan boys,
×1
يَتِيمَيْنِ
for two orphan boys,
×1
تَحْتَهُۥ
underneath it
×1
أَبُوهُمَا
their father
×2
فَأَرَادَ
So intended
×1
يَبْلُغَآ
they reach
×1
أَشُدَّهُمَا
their maturity,
×1
وَيَسْتَخْرِجَا
and bring forth
×1
كَنزَهُمَا
their treasure
×1
فَعَلْتُهُۥ
I did it
×5
تَأْوِيلُ
(is the) interpretation
×1
تَسْطِع
you were able
×3
ٱلْقَرْنَيْنِ
Dhul-qarnain.

سَأَتْلُوا۟
"I will recite
×4
سَبَبًا
a means.

فَأَتْبَعَ
So he followed
×1
مَغْرِبَ
(the) setting place

وَجَدَهَا
he found it
