ٱلْحَدِيدِ
(of) iron"

ٱلصَّدَفَيْنِ
the two cliffs,

ٱنفُخُوا۟
"Blow,"

قِطْرًا
molten copper."

ٱسْطَٰعُوٓا۟
they were able

يَظْهَرُوهُ
scale it

ٱسْتَطَٰعُوا۟
they were able

نَقْبًا
(to do) any penetration.

دَكَّآءَ

Do then think

نُنَبِّئُكُم
We inform you

بِٱلْأَخْسَرِينَ
of the greatest losers

أَعْمَٰلًا
(as to their) deeds?

يُحْسِنُونَ
(were) acquiring good
×1
صُنْعًا
(in) work."

فَحَبِطَتْ
So (are) vain
×1
نُقِيمُ
We will assign

وَزْنًا
