وَأَبْشِرُوا۟
but receive the glad tidings

بِٱلْجَنَّةِ
of Paradise

أَوْلِيَآؤُكُمْ
(are) your protectors

تَشْتَهِىٓ
desire

دَعَآ
invites

ٱدْفَعْ
Repel

كَأَنَّهُۥ
(will become) as if he

حَظٍّ
(of) fortune

تَسْجُدُوا۟
prostrate

لِلشَّمْسِ
to the sun

لِلْقَمَرِ
to the moon,
×6
بِٱلَّيْلِ
by night
×1
يَسْـَٔمُونَ
tire.

خَٰشِعَةً
barren,
×2
ٱهْتَزَّتْ
it is stirred (to life)
×2
وَرَبَتْ
and grows.
×2
أَحْيَاهَا
gives it life,
×1
بِٱلذِّكْرِ
in the Reminder
×1
لَكِتَٰبٌ
(is) surely a Book
×6
حَمِيدٍ
(the) Praiseworthy.

لِلرُّسُلِ
to the Messengers
×1
وَذُو
and Possessor
×1
أَعْجَمِيًّا
(in) a foreign (language),
×4
فُصِّلَتْ
are explained in detail
×1
ءَا۬عْجَمِىٌّ
(Is it) a foreign (language)
×1
وَعَرَبِىٌّ
and an Arab?"

ءَاذَانِهِمْ
their ears
×2
يُنَادَوْنَ
are being called
×8
لَقُضِىَ
surely, would have been settled
×4
فَلِنَفْسِهِۦ
then it is for his soul;

أَسَآءَ
does evil,
×1
أَكْمَامِهَا
their coverings,
×3
تَضَعُ
gives birth
×44
وَيَوْمَ
And (the) Day
×4
يُنَادِيهِمْ
He will call them,
×1
ءَاذَنَّٰكَ
"We announce (to) You,
×8
وَضَلَّ
And lost
×7
وَظَنُّوا۟
and they (will) be certain
×1
يَسْـَٔمُ
get tired
×9
ٱلْخَيْرِ
(for) the good,
×5
ٱلشَّرُّ
the evil
×1
فَيَـُٔوسٌ
then he gives up hope
×1
قَنُوطٌ
(and) despairs.
×2
أَذَقْنَٰهُ
We let him taste
×3
ضَرَّآءَ
an adversity
×2
مَسَّتْهُ
(has) touched him,
×3
أَظُنُّ
I think
×1
رُّجِعْتُ
I am returned
