سَمَآءٍ
heaven
×3
أَمْرَهَا
its affair.

وَزَيَّنَّا
And We adorned
×2
بِمَصَٰبِيحَ
with lamps
×1
أَنذَرْتُكُمْ
"I have warned you
×3
صَٰعِقَةً
(of) a thunderbolt
×2
لَأَنزَلَ
surely, He (would have) sent down
×5
فَٱسْتَكْبَرُوا۟
they were arrogant
×2
صَرْصَرًا
furious
×1
نَّحِسَاتٍ
(of) misfortune,
×1
لِّنُذِيقَهُمْ
that We may make them taste
×1
أَخْزَىٰ
(is) more disgracing,
×13
يُنصَرُونَ
will not be helped.
×1
فَهَدَيْنَٰهُمْ
We guided them,
×1
فَٱسْتَحَبُّوا۟
but they preferred
×5
ٱلْعَمَىٰ
[the] blindness
×1
وَنَجَّيْنَا
And We saved
×1
وَجُلُودُهُم
and their skins,
×1
لِجُلُودِهِمْ
to their skins,
×1
شَهِدتُّمْ
you testify
×1
أَنطَقَنَا
"Allah made us speak,
×1
أَنطَقَ
makes speak
×1
تَسْتَتِرُونَ
covering yourselves
×1
أَبْصَٰرُكُمْ
your sight
×1
جُلُودُكُمْ
your skins,
×1
وَذَٰلِكُمْ
And that
×2
ظَنُّكُمُ
(was) your assumption
×1
أَرْدَىٰكُمْ
It has ruined you,
×1
يَصْبِرُوا۟
they endure,
×373
لَّهُمْ
for them;
×1
يَسْتَعْتِبُوا۟
they ask for favor,
×1
ٱلْمُعْتَبِينَ
those who receive favor.
×1
وَقَيَّضْنَا
And We have destined
×1
قُرَنَآءَ
companions
×1
فَزَيَّنُوا۟
(who) made fair-seeming
×1
وَحَقَّ
and (is) justified
×1
تَسْمَعُوا۟
listen
×1
وَٱلْغَوْا۟
and make noise
×1
تَغْلِبُونَ
overcome."
×1
فَلَنُذِيقَنَّ
But surely We will cause to taste
×5
أَعْدَآءِ
(of the) enemies
×8
دَارُ
(is the) home
×1
أَضَلَّانَا
misled us
×1
نَجْعَلْهُمَا
(so) we may put them
×3
أَقْدَامِنَا
our feet,
×1
لِيَكُونَا
that they be
×1
تَتَنَزَّلُ
will descend
×1
تَخَافُوا۟
fear,
