وُدًّا
affection.

بِلِسَانِكَ
in your tongue,

لِتُبَشِّرَ
that you may give glad tidings

وَكَمْ
And how many

تُحِسُّ
you perceive
×1
رِكْزًۢا
a sound?

طه
Ta Ha.
×1
لِتَشْقَىٰٓ
that you be distressed

مِّمَّنْ
from (He) Who
×3
وَٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
and the heavens
×8
ٱلْعُلَى
[the] high,
×1
ٱلثَّرَىٰ
the soil.
×2
تَجْهَرْ
you speak aloud
×2
ٱلسِّرَّ
the secret
×1
وَأَخْفَى
and the more hidden.
×3
وَهَلْ
And has
×10
لَّعَلِّىٓ
perhaps I (can)
×1
بِقَبَسٍ
a burning brand,
×4
نُودِىَ
he was called,
×1
فَٱخْلَعْ
so remove
×1
نَعْلَيْكَ
your shoes.
×1
ٱخْتَرْتُكَ
(have) chosen you,
×1
فَٱسْتَمِعْ
so listen
×1
فَٱعْبُدْنِى
so worship Me
×2
ءَاتِيَةٌ
(will be) coming.
×1
أَكَادُ
I almost
×1
أُخْفِيهَا
[I] hide it
×1
لِتُجْزَىٰ
that may be recompensed
×3
تَسْعَىٰ
it strives.
×1
فَتَرْدَىٰ
lest you perish.
×28
تِلْكَ
(is) that
×2
بِيَمِينِكَ
in your right hand,
×1
عَصَاىَ
(is) my staff;
×1
أَتَوَكَّؤُا۟
I lean
×1
وَأَهُشُّ
and I bring down leaves
×1
غَنَمِى
my sheep,
×1
مَـَٔارِبُ
(are) uses
×15
أُخْرَىٰ
other."
×1
أَلْقِهَا
"Throw it down,
×1
فَأَلْقَىٰهَا
So he threw it down,
×1
حَيَّةٌ
(was) a snake,
×1
خُذْهَا
"Seize it
×1
سَنُعِيدُهَا
We will return it
×1
سِيرَتَهَا
(to) its state
×2
وَٱضْمُمْ
And draw near
×4
جَنَاحِكَ
your side;
×1
لِنُرِيَكَ
That We may show you

ءَايَٰتِنَا
