فَعَلَيْهِنَّ
then for them

خَشِىَ
fears

ٱلْعَنَتَ
committing sin

مَيْلًا
(into) a deviation

عَنكُمْ
for you;

وَخُلِقَ
and was created

عُدْوَٰنًا
(in) aggression

وَظُلْمًا
and injustice,

نُصْلِيهِ
We (will) cast him

تَجْتَنِبُوا۟
you avoid

كَبَآئِرَ
great (sins)
×1
تُنْهَوْنَ
you are forbidden
×2
نُكَفِّرْ
We will remove
×5
سَيِّـَٔاتِكُمْ
your evil deeds
×1
وَنُدْخِلْكُم
and We will admit you
×4
كَرِيمًا
noble.

تَتَمَنَّوْا۟
covet
×2
لِّلرِّجَالِ
For men
×2
ٱكْتَسَبُوا۟
they earned,
×2
وَلِلنِّسَآءِ
and for women
×1
ٱكْتَسَبْنَ
they earned.

عَقَدَتْ
pledged
×1
فَـَٔاتُوهُمْ
then give them
×1
قَوَّٰمُونَ
(are) protectors
×6
وَبِمَآ
and because
×1
فَٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتُ
So the righteous women
×1
حَٰفِظَٰتٌ
guarding
×1
حَفِظَ
(orders) them to guard
×1
نُشُوزَهُنَّ
their ill-conduct
×1
فَعِظُوهُنَّ
then advise them,
×1
وَٱهْجُرُوهُنَّ
and forsake them
×2
ٱلْمَضَاجِعِ
the bed
×1
وَٱضْرِبُوهُنَّ
and [finally] strike them.
×1
أَطَعْنَكُمْ
they obey you
×1
تَبْغُوا۟
seek
×7
خِفْتُمْ
you fear
×2
فَٱبْعَثُوا۟
then send
×1
وَحَكَمًا
and an arbitrator
×1
يُرِيدَآ
they both wish
×1
يُوَفِّقِ
will cause reconciliation
×3
وَٱعْبُدُوا۟
And worship
×3
تُشْرِكُوا۟
associate
×1
وَبِذِى
and with
×2
وَٱلْجَارِ
and the neighbor
×1
ٱلْجُنُبِ
(who is) farther away,
×1
وَٱلصَّاحِبِ
and the companion
×1
بِٱلْجَنۢبِ
by your side
×1
مُخْتَالًا
[a] proud
