وَبِٱلْأَسْحَارِ
And in the hours before dawn

لِّلسَّآئِلِ
(of) those who asked
×2
وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ
and the deprived.
×1
لِّلْمُوقِنِينَ
for those who are certain,
×1
فَوَرَبِّ
Then by (the) Lord
×47
مِّثْلَ
(just) as
×2
تَنطِقُونَ
speak.
×2
ضَيْفِ
(of the) guests
×2
ٱلْمُكْرَمِينَ
the honored?
×3
فَرَاغَ
Then he went
×9
أَهْلِهِۦ
his household
×1
فَجَآءَ
and came
×1
سَمِينٍ
fat,
×1
فَقَرَّبَهُۥٓ
And he placed it near
×3
خِيفَةً
a fear.
×1
وَبَشَّرُوهُ
and they gave him glad tidings
×1
فَأَقْبَلَتِ
Then came forward
×1
صَرَّةٍ
a loud voice,
×1
فَصَكَّتْ
and struck
×2
وَجْهَهَا
her face
×2
عَجُوزٌ
"An old woman
×2
عَقِيمٌ
barren!"
×2
خَطْبُكُمْ
(is) your mission,
×1
لِنُرْسِلَ
That we may send down
×8
طِينٍ
clay,
×2
مُّسَوَّمَةً
Marked
×2
لِلْمُسْرِفِينَ
for the transgressors."

وَجَدْنَا
We found
×7
وَتَرَكْنَا
And We left
×6
ٱلْأَلِيمَ
the painful.

أَرْسَلْنَٰهُ
We sent him
×1
بِرُكْنِهِۦ
with his supporters
×280
أَوْ
or
×2
مُلِيمٌ
(was) blameworthy.
×1
ٱلْعَقِيمَ
the barren.
×1
أَتَتْ
it came
×1
جَعَلَتْهُ
it made it
×1
كَٱلرَّمِيمِ
like disintegrated ruins.

قِيلَ
was said
×3
تَمَتَّعُوا۟
"Enjoy (yourselves)
×1
فَعَتَوْا۟
But they rebelled
×3
ٱلصَّٰعِقَةُ
the thunderbolt
×1
مُنتَصِرِينَ
help themselves.
×2
بَنَيْنَٰهَا
We constructed it
×1
بِأَيْي۟دٍ
with strength,
×1
لَمُوسِعُونَ
(are) surely (its) Expanders.
×1
فَرَشْنَٰهَا
We have spread it;
×1
ٱلْمَٰهِدُونَ
(are) the Spreaders!
