وَكَفَرْتُم
and you disbelieve

وَشَهِدَ
and testifies

شَاهِدٌ
a witness

فَـَٔامَنَ
then he believed

وَٱسْتَكْبَرْتُمْ
while you are arrogant?"

قَدِيمٌ
ancient."

وَبُشْرَىٰ
and (as) glad tidings
×4
ٱسْتَقَٰمُوا۟
remain firm,
×1
وَوَضَعَتْهُ
and gave birth to him
×1
وَحَمْلُهُۥ
And (the) bearing of him
×1
ثَلَٰثُونَ
(is) thirty
×2
شَهْرًا
month(s)
×14
بَلَغَ
he reaches
×1
وَبَلَغَ
and reaches
×2
أَشْكُرَ
I may be grateful
×2
نِعْمَتَكَ
(for) Your favor
×7
أَنْعَمْتَ
You have bestowed
×2
تَرْضَىٰهُ
which please You,
×1
نَتَقَبَّلُ
We will accept
×1
وَنَتَجَاوَزُ
and We will overlook
×1
ٱلصِّدْقِ
true
×1
لِوَٰلِدَيْهِ
to his parents,
×3
أُفٍّ
"Uff
×1
أَتَعِدَانِنِىٓ
Do you promise me
×1
وَهُمَا
And they both
×1
يَسْتَغِيثَانِ
seek help
×1
وَيْلَكَ
"Woe to you!
×5
خَٰسِرِينَ
(the) losers.
×1
وَلِيُوَفِّيَهُمْ
and that He may fully compensate them
×1
أَذْهَبْتُمْ
"You exhausted
×1
طَيِّبَٰتِكُمْ
your good things
×1
حَيَاتِكُمُ
your life
×1
وَٱسْتَمْتَعْتُم
and you took your pleasures
×1
تَفْسُقُونَ
defiantly disobedient."

أَخَا
(the) brother
×1
بِٱلْأَحْقَافِ
in the Al-Ahqaf -
×4
ٱلنُّذُرُ
[the] warners
×20
أَخَافُ
[I] fear
×1
لِتَأْفِكَنَا
to turn us away
×4
تَعِدُنَآ
you threaten us,
×1
وَأُبَلِّغُكُم
and I convey to you
×4
أَرَىٰكُمْ
I see you
×4
تَجْهَلُونَ
ignorant."
×1
عَارِضًا
(as) a cloud
×1
مُّسْتَقْبِلَ
approaching
×1
أَوْدِيَتِهِمْ
their valleys,
×1
عَارِضٌ
(is) a cloud
