وَفَدَيْنَٰهُ
And We ransomed him
×1
بِذِبْحٍ
with a sacrifice
×1
وَبَشَّرْنَٰهُ
And We gave him glad tidings
×8
نَبِيًّا
a Prophet
×1
وَبَٰرَكْنَا
And We blessed
×6
إِسْحَٰقَ
Isaac.
×2
ذُرِّيَّتِهِمَا
their offspring
×4
مُحْسِنٌ
(are) good-doers
×1
وَظَالِمٌ
and unjust
×2
مَنَنَّا
We conferred Favor
×1
وَنَجَّيْنَٰهُمَا
And We saved both of them
×2
وَقَوْمَهُمَا
and their people
×1
وَنَصَرْنَٰهُمْ
And We helped them,
×1
وَءَاتَيْنَٰهُمَا
And We gave both of them
×1
ٱلْمُسْتَبِينَ
the clear.
×1
وَهَدَيْنَٰهُمَا
And We guided both of them
×6
ٱلصِّرَٰطَ
(to) the Path
×5
ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ
the Straight.
×1
إِنَّهُمَا
Indeed, both of them
×1
إِلْيَاسَ
Elijah
×1
أَتَدْعُونَ
Do you call
×1
بَعْلًا
Baal
×2
لَمُحْضَرُونَ
(will) surely be brought,
×664
إِلَّا
Except
×10
عِبَادَ
(the) slaves
×1
إِلْ يَاسِينَ
Elijah."
×1
نَجَّيْنَٰهُ
We saved him
×2
عَجُوزًا
an old woman
×2
دَمَّرْنَا
We destroyed
×1
لَتَمُرُّونَ
surely pass
×1
وَبِٱلَّيْلِ
And at night.
×2
يُونُسَ
Yunus
×1
أَبَقَ
he ran away
×1
فَسَاهَمَ
Then he drew lots
×1
ٱلْمُدْحَضِينَ
the losers.
×1
فَٱلْتَقَمَهُ
Then swallowed him
×1
ٱلْمُسَبِّحِينَ
those who glorify
×1
لَلَبِثَ
Certainly, he (would have) remained
×2
بَطْنِهِۦٓ
its belly
×1
فَنَبَذْنَٰهُ
But We cast him
×2
بِٱلْعَرَآءِ
onto the open shore
×3
وَأَنۢبَتْنَا
And We caused to grow
×1
يَقْطِينٍ
gourd.
×1
وَأَرْسَلْنَٰهُ
And We sent him
×1
يَزِيدُونَ
more.
×1
فَمَتَّعْنَٰهُمْ
so We gave them enjoyment
×2
فَٱسْتَفْتِهِمْ
Then ask them,
×1
أَلِرَبِّكَ
"Does your Lord
