وَبَنَاتِكَ
and your daughters

يُدْنِينَ
to draw

جَلَٰبِيبِهِنَّ
their outer garments.

يُعْرَفْنَ
they should be known

يُؤْذَيْنَ
harmed.

يَنتَهِ
cease

وَٱلْمُرْجِفُونَ
and those who spread rumors

لَنُغْرِيَنَّكَ
We will let you overpower them,
×1
يُجَاوِرُونَكَ
they will remain your neighbors
×1
مَّلْعُونِينَ
Accursed,
×1
أُخِذُوا۟
they are seized
×1
تَقْتِيلًا
and massacred completely.

خَلَوْا۟
passed away

لِسُنَّةِ
in (the) Way

تَبْدِيلًا
any change.

يَسْـَٔلُكَ
Ask you

عِلْمُهَا
its knowledge

لَعَنَ
has cursed

نَصِيرًا
any helper.

يَوْمَ
(The) Day

تُقَلَّبُ
will be turned about

يَٰلَيْتَنَآ
"O we wish

أَطَعْنَا
we (had) obeyed

وَأَطَعْنَا
and obeyed

ٱلرَّسُولَا۠
the Messenger!"

سَادَتَنَا
our chiefs
×1
وَكُبَرَآءَنَا
and our great men,

فَأَضَلُّونَا
and they misled us
×1
ٱلسَّبِيلَا۠
(from) the Way.

ءَاتِهِمْ
Give them
×1
وَٱلْعَنْهُمْ
and curse them
