وَبَدَأَ
and He began

نَسْلَهُۥ
his progeny

سُلَٰلَةٍ
an extract

سَوَّىٰهُ
He fashioned him

رُّوحِهِۦ
His spirit

ضَلَلْنَا
we are lost

أَءِنَّا
will we

وُكِّلَ
has been put in charge

نَاكِسُوا۟
(will) hang

أَبْصَرْنَا
we have seen

وَسَمِعْنَا
and we have heard,

فَٱرْجِعْنَا
so return us,

نَعْمَلْ
we will do

مُوقِنُونَ
(are now) certain."

لَءَاتَيْنَا
surely We (would) have given

هُدَىٰهَا
its guidance,
×1
نَسِينَٰكُمْ
have forgotten you.

ٱلْخُلْدِ
(of) eternity
×1
وَسَبَّحُوا۟
and glorify

بِحَمْدِ
(the) praises
×1
تَتَجَافَىٰ
Forsake
×2
جُنُوبُهُمْ
their sides
×9
تَعْلَمُ
knows
×1
أُخْفِىَ
is hidden
×2
قُرَّةِ
(the) comfort
×6
أَعْيُنٍ
(for) the eyes
×17
أَفَمَن
Then is one who
×1
فَاسِقًا
defiantly disobedient?
×3
يَسْتَوُۥنَ
they are equal.
×2
فَسَقُوا۟
are defiantly disobedient
