سَلَٰمًا
"Peace."

وَجِلُونَ
afraid."

تَوْجَلْ
be afraid,

أَبَشَّرْتُمُونِى
"Do you give me glad tidings

مَّسَّنِىَ
has overtaken me
×1
فَبِمَ
Then about what
×1
تُبَشِّرُونَ
you give glad tidings?"
×1
بَشَّرْنَٰكَ
"We give you glad tidings
×1
ٱلْقَٰنِطِينَ
the despairing."
×1
يَقْنَطُ
despairs
×1
لَمُنَجُّوهُمْ
surely will save them
×5
ٱمْرَأَتَهُۥ
his wife."
×5
مُّنكَرُونَ
unknown."
×3
جِئْنَٰكَ
we have come to you
×1
وَأَتَيْنَٰكَ
And we have come to you
×3
بِأَهْلِكَ
with your family

ٱلَّيْلِ
the night
×1
وَٱمْضُوا۟
and go on
×2
تُؤْمَرُونَ
you are ordered."

وَقَضَيْنَآ
And We conveyed

دَابِرَ
(the) root
×1
مَقْطُوعٌ
would be cut off
×5
مُّصْبِحِينَ
(by) early morning.
×2
ضَيْفِى
(are) my guests,
×1
تَفْضَحُونِ
shame me.
×1
نَنْهَكَ
we forbid you
×6
فَٰعِلِينَ
doers."

لَعَمْرُكَ
By your life
×1
سَكْرَتِهِمْ
their intoxication,
×2
مُشْرِقِينَ
at sunrise.
×1
فَجَعَلْنَا
And We made
×2
سَافِلَهَا
its lowest,
×1
لِّلْمُتَوَسِّمِينَ
for those who discern.
×2
وَإِنَّهَا
And indeed, it
×1
لَبِسَبِيلٍ
(is) on a road
×20
لَءَايَةً
surely (is) a Sign
×1
لَظَٰلِمِينَ
surely wrongdoers.
×1
وَإِنَّهُمَا
and indeed, they both
×1
لَبِإِمَامٍ
(were) on a highway
×24
ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
the Messengers.
×4
وَءَاتَيْنَٰهُمْ
And We gave them
×24
عَنْهَا
from them
×1
يَنْحِتُونَ
carve
×2
لَءَاتِيَةٌ
(is) surely coming.
×2
فَٱصْفَحِ
So overlook
×1
ٱلصَّفْحَ
(with) forgiveness
×1
ٱلْجَمِيلَ
gracious.
×2
ءَاتَيْنَٰكَ
We have given you
