Ayah 1
لَمْ Not يَكُنِ were ٱلَّذِينَ those who كَفَرُوا۟ disbelieved مِنْ from أَهْلِ (the) People ٱلْكِتَٰبِ of the Book وَٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ and the polytheists, مُنفَكِّينَ to be abandoned حَتَّىٰ until تَأْتِيَهُمُ (there) comes to them ٱلْبَيِّنَةُ the clear evidence,
English - Those who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture and the polytheists were not to be parted [from misbelief] until there came to them clear evidence – .
हिंदी - वह लोग जो काफिर, अहले किताब और मुशरिकों में से हैं। वह कुफर करने से रुक्ने वाले न थे, यहाँ तक के उन के पास खुली हुई दलील पहुंच जाऐ।.
Ayah 2
رَسُولٌ A Messenger مِّنَ from ٱللَّهِ Allah, يَتْلُوا۟ reciting صُحُفًا pages مُّطَهَّرَةً purified,
English - A Messenger from Allah, reciting purified scriptures .
हिंदी - खुदा के रसूल जो पाक किताब पढ़ते हैं।.
Ayah 3
فِيهَا Wherein كُتُبٌ (are) writings قَيِّمَةٌ correct.
English - Within which are correct writings. .
हिंदी - उनमें ठीक ठीक बातें लिखी हुई हैं।.
Ayah 4
وَمَا And not تَفَرَّقَ became divided ٱلَّذِينَ those who أُوتُوا۟ were given ٱلْكِتَٰبَ the Book, إِلَّا until مِنۢ from بَعْدِ after مَا what جَآءَتْهُمُ came (to) them ٱلْبَيِّنَةُ (of) the clear evidence.
English - Nor did those who were given the Scripture become divided until after there had come to them clear evidence. .
हिंदी - अहले किताब अलग हुऐ भी, तो जब उनके पास खुली हुई दलील आ चुकी थी।.
Ayah 5
وَمَآ And not أُمِرُوٓا۟ they were commanded إِلَّا except لِيَعْبُدُوا۟ to worship ٱللَّهَ Allah مُخْلِصِينَ (being) sincere لَهُ to Him ٱلدِّينَ (in) the religion, حُنَفَآءَ upright, وَيُقِيمُوا۟ and to establish ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ the prayer, وَيُؤْتُوا۟ and to give ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ the zakah وَذَٰلِكَ And that دِينُ (is the) religion ٱلْقَيِّمَةِ the correct.
English - And they were not commanded except to worship Allah, [being] sincere to Him in religion, inclining to truth, and to establish prayer and to give zakah. And that is the correct religion. .
हिंदी - और उन को तो सिर्फ यंह हुकुम हुआ था की वह अल्लाह की पूजा करें धर्म को उस के लिऐ खालिस कर के, और नमाज पढ़ंे और ज़कात दें और यही सीधा धर्म है।.
Ayah 6
إِنَّ Indeed, ٱلَّذِينَ those who كَفَرُوا۟ disbelieve مِنْ from أَهْلِ (the) People ٱلْكِتَٰبِ (of) the Book وَٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ and the polytheists فِى (will be) in نَارِ (the) Fire جَهَنَّمَ (of) Hell خَٰلِدِينَ abiding eternally فِيهَآ therein. أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ Those - هُمْ they شَرُّ (are the) worst ٱلْبَرِيَّةِ (of) the creatures.
English - Indeed, they who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture and the polytheists will be in the fire of Hell, abiding eternally therein. Those are the worst of creatures. .
हिंदी - बेशक जो लोग काफिर हैं अहले किताब और मुशरिकीन में से, वह दोज़ख़ की आग में होंगो, हमेशा उसी में रहेंगे, यही लोग बुरे इन्सान हैं।.
Ayah 7
إِنَّ Indeed, ٱلَّذِينَ those who ءَامَنُوا۟ believe وَعَمِلُوا۟ and do ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ righteous deeds, أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ those - هُمْ they خَيْرُ (are the) best ٱلْبَرِيَّةِ (of) the creatures.
English - Indeed, they who have believed and done righteous deeds – those are the best of creatures. .
हिंदी - बेशक जो लोग ईमान लाए और अच्छे काम करते रहे, यही लोग बेहतरीन इन्सान हैं।.
Ayah 8
جَزَآؤُهُمْ Their reward عِندَ (is) with رَبِّهِمْ their Lord - جَنَّٰتُ Gardens عَدْنٍ (of) Eternity, تَجْرِى flow مِن from تَحْتِهَا underneath them ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ the rivers, خَٰلِدِينَ will abide فِيهَآ therein أَبَدًا forever. رَّضِىَ (will be) pleased ٱللَّهُ Allah عَنْهُمْ with them وَرَضُوا۟ and they (will be) pleased عَنْهُ with Him. ذَٰلِكَ That لِمَنْ (is) for whoever خَشِىَ feared رَبَّهُۥ his Lord.
English - Their reward with Allah will be gardens of perpetual residence beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever, Allah being pleased with them and they with Him. That is for whoever has feared his Lord. .
हिंदी - उनका बदला उनके रब के यहाँ, हमेशा रहने वाली जन्नत है, जिस के नीचे नहरें हैं और वह हमेशा उसी मे रहेंगे, खुदा उनसे राजी और वह खुदा से खुश, ये बदला उस के लिए है, जो अपने रब से डरता रहे।.
