Ayah 1
سَبِّحِ Glorify ٱسْمَ (the) name رَبِّكَ (of) your Lord, ٱلْأَعْلَى the Most High,
English - Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High, .
हिंदी - अपने महान रब के नाम की पाकी बयान करो।.
Ayah 2
ٱلَّذِى The One Who خَلَقَ created, فَسَوَّىٰ then proportioned,
English - Who created and proportioned .
हिंदी - जिसने पैदा किया फिर उसे ठीक किया।.
Ayah 3
وَٱلَّذِى And the One Who قَدَّرَ measured فَهَدَىٰ then guided,
English - And who destined and [then] guided .
हिंदी - और जिस ने अंदाज़ा किया फिर रास्ता दिखाया ।.
Ayah 4
وَٱلَّذِىٓ And the One Who أَخْرَجَ brings forth ٱلْمَرْعَىٰ the pasture,
English - And who brings out the pasture .
हिंदी - और जिस ने चारा उगाया।.
Ayah 5
فَجَعَلَهُۥ And then makes it غُثَآءً stubble, أَحْوَىٰ dark.
English - And [then] makes it black stubble. .
हिंदी - फिर उसे काला भूसा बना दिया।.
Ayah 6
سَنُقْرِئُكَ We will make you recite فَلَا so not تَنسَىٰٓ you will forget,
English - We will make you recite, [O Muhammad], and you will not forget, .
हिंदी - हम तुम्हें पढ़ाएंगे फिर तुम नहीं भूलोगे।.
Ayah 7
إِلَّا Except مَا what شَآءَ wills ٱللَّهُ Allah إِنَّهُۥ Indeed, He يَعْلَمُ knows ٱلْجَهْرَ the manifest وَمَا and what يَخْفَىٰ is hidden.
English - Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. .
हिंदी - मगर जो अल्लाह चाहे, बेशक वह खुली बात को भी जानता है, और छुपी हुई को भी।.
Ayah 8
وَنُيَسِّرُكَ And We will ease you لِلْيُسْرَىٰ to the ease.
English - And We will ease you toward ease. .
हिंदी - और हम तुम्हें आसान तरीक़े की सुविधा देंगे।.
Ayah 9
فَذَكِّرْ So remind, إِن if نَّفَعَتِ benefits ٱلذِّكْرَىٰ the reminder.
English - So remind, if the reminder should benefit; .
हिंदी - तो जहाँ तक समझाना लाभदायक हो समझाते रहो।.
Ayah 10
سَيَذَّكَّرُ He will pay heed - مَن (one) who يَخْشَىٰ fears (Allah).
English - He who fears [Allah] will be reminded. .
हिंदी - जो अल्लाह से डरता है वह समझ जाएगा ।.
Ayah 11
وَيَتَجَنَّبُهَا And will avoid it ٱلْأَشْقَى the wretched one.
English - But the wretched one will avoid it – .
हिंदी - और उस से बदबख़्त ही अपने आप को बचाएगा ।.
Ayah 12
ٱلَّذِى The one who يَصْلَى will burn ٱلنَّارَ (in) the Fire ٱلْكُبْرَىٰ [the] great.
English - [He] who will [enter and] burn in the greatest Fire, .
हिंदी - जो बड़ी आग में दाख़िल होगा।.
Ayah 13
ثُمَّ Then لَا not يَمُوتُ he will die فِيهَا therein وَلَا and not يَحْيَىٰ will live.
English - Neither dying therein nor living. .
हिंदी - फिर वह न वहाँ मरेगा और न ही जिएगा।.
Ayah 14
قَدْ Certainly, أَفْلَحَ has succeeded مَن (one) who تَزَكَّىٰ purifies (himself),
English - He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself .
हिंदी - यक़ीनन वह कामयाब हुआ जिस ने अपने आप को पवित्र किया।.
Ayah 15
وَذَكَرَ And remembers ٱسْمَ (the) name رَبِّهِۦ (of) his Lord فَصَلَّىٰ and prays.
English - And mentions the name of his Lord and prays. .
हिंदी - और अपने रब के नाम का ज़िक्र किया और नमाज़ पढ़ी।.
Ayah 16
بَلْ Nay! تُؤْثِرُونَ You prefer ٱلْحَيَوٰةَ the life ٱلدُّنْيَا (of) the world,
English - But you prefer the worldly life, .
हिंदी - मगर तुम लोग दुनिया की ज़िन्दगी को प्राथमिकता देते हो।.
Ayah 17
وَٱلْءَاخِرَةُ While the Hereafter خَيْرٌ (is) better وَأَبْقَىٰٓ and everlasting.
English - While the Hereafter is better and more enduring. .
हिंदी - जबकि आख़िरत बेहतर और बाक़ी रहने वाली है।.
Ayah 18
إِنَّ Indeed, هَٰذَا this لَفِى surely (is) in ٱلصُّحُفِ the Scriptures ٱلْأُولَىٰ [the] former,
English - Indeed, this is in the former scriptures, .
हिंदी - बेशक यही बात पहले के शास्त्रों में है।.
Ayah 19
صُحُفِ (The) Scriptures إِبْرَٰهِيمَ (of) Ibrahim وَمُوسَىٰ and Musa.
English - The scriptures of Abraham and Moses. .
हिंदी - इब्राहीम और मूसा के शास्त्रों में ।.
