Ayah 1
قُلْ Say, أُوحِىَ "It has been revealed إِلَىَّ to me أَنَّهُ that ٱسْتَمَعَ listened نَفَرٌ a group مِّنَ of ٱلْجِنِّ the jinn, فَقَالُوٓا۟ and they said, إِنَّا "Indeed, we سَمِعْنَا heard قُرْءَانًا a Quran عَجَبًا amazing,
English - Say, [O Muhammad], "It has been revealed to me that a group of the jinn listened and said, 'Indeed, we have heard an amazing Qur’an. .
हिंदी - कहोए मेरी ओर प्रकाशना की गई है कि जिन्नों की एक जमात ने सुना तो उन्हों ने कहा कि बेशक हम ने एक अजीब कुरआन सुना है।.
Ayah 2
يَهْدِىٓ It guides إِلَى to ٱلرُّشْدِ the right way, فَـَٔامَنَّا so we believe بِهِۦ in it, وَلَن and never نُّشْرِكَ we will associate بِرَبِّنَآ with our Lord أَحَدًا anyone.
English - It guides to the right course, and we have believed in it. And we will never associate with our Lord anyone. .
हिंदी - जो भलाई का मार्ग दिखाता हैए तो हम उस पर ईमान ले आएए और हम हरगिज़ अपने रब का साझी किसी को नहीं ठहराएंगे।.
Ayah 3
وَأَنَّهُۥ And that He - تَعَٰلَىٰ Exalted is جَدُّ (the) Majesty رَبِّنَا (of) our Lord - مَا not ٱتَّخَذَ He has taken صَٰحِبَةً a wife وَلَا and not وَلَدًا a son,
English - And [it teaches] that exalted is the nobleness of our Lord; He has not taken a wife or a son .
हिंदी - और हमारे रब की शान बहुत ऊँची हैए उसने न किसी को बीवी बनाया और न बेटा।.
Ayah 4
وَأَنَّهُۥ And that he كَانَ used to يَقُولُ speak - سَفِيهُنَا the foolish among us عَلَى against ٱللَّهِ Allah شَطَطًا an excessive transgression.
English - And that our foolish one has been saying about Allah an excessive transgression. .
हिंदी - और यह है कि हमारे नादान लोगए अल्लाह की शान में ग़लत बातें कहते हैैं।.
Ayah 5
وَأَنَّا And that we ظَنَنَّآ thought أَن that لَّن never تَقُولَ will say ٱلْإِنسُ the men وَٱلْجِنُّ and the jinn, عَلَى against ٱللَّهِ Allah كَذِبًا any lie.
English - And we had thought that mankind and the jinn would never speak about Allah a lie. .
हिंदी - और हमारा तो ख़याल था, कि आदमी और जिन खुदा के बारे में झूठी बात नहीं कह सकते।.
Ayah 6
وَأَنَّهُۥ And that كَانَ (there) were رِجَالٌ men مِّنَ among ٱلْإِنسِ mankind يَعُوذُونَ who sought refuge بِرِجَالٍ in (the) men مِّنَ from ٱلْجِنِّ the jinn, فَزَادُوهُمْ so they increased them رَهَقًا (in) burden.
English - And there were men from mankind who sought refuge in men from the jinn, so they [only] increased them in burden. .
हिंदी - और इंसानों में से कुछ लोग जिन्नातों से पनाह लेते थेए और उन्हों ने उनका और सर चढ़ा दिया।.
Ayah 7
وَأَنَّهُمْ And that they ظَنُّوا۟ thought كَمَا as ظَنَنتُمْ you thought أَن that لَّن never يَبْعَثَ will raise ٱللَّهُ Allah أَحَدًا anyone.
English - And they had thought, as you thought, that Allah would never send anyone [as a messenger]. .
हिंदी - और उन्हों ने यही सोचा जैसा तुम ने सोचा थाए कि हरगिज़ अल्लाह किसी को दुबारा ज़िंदा न करेगा।.
Ayah 8
وَأَنَّا And that we لَمَسْنَا sought to touch ٱلسَّمَآءَ the heaven فَوَجَدْنَٰهَا but we found it مُلِئَتْ filled (with) حَرَسًا guards شَدِيدًا severe, وَشُهُبًا and flaming fires.
English - And we have sought [to reach] the heaven but found it filled with powerful guards and burning flames. .
हिंदी - और हम ने टटोला आसमानों को तो हम ने उसे सख़्त पहरेदारोंए और शोलों से भरा हुआ पाया।.
Ayah 9
وَأَنَّا And that we كُنَّا used to نَقْعُدُ sit مِنْهَا there in مَقَٰعِدَ positions لِلسَّمْعِ for hearing, فَمَن but (he) who يَسْتَمِعِ listens ٱلْءَانَ now يَجِدْ will find لَهُۥ for him شِهَابًا a flaming fire رَّصَدًا waiting.
English - And we used to sit therein in positions for hearing, but whoever listens now will find a burning flame lying in wait for him. .
हिंदी - और हम उस में बैठने के स्थानों में सुन्ने के लिए बैठा करते थेेए मगर अब कोई सुन्ना चाहे तो अपने लिए घात में लगे शोले तय्यार पाएगा।.
Ayah 10
وَأَنَّا And that we - لَا not نَدْرِىٓ we know أَشَرٌّ whether evil أُرِيدَ is intended بِمَن for (those) who فِى (are) in ٱلْأَرْضِ the earth أَمْ or أَرَادَ intends بِهِمْ for them رَبُّهُمْ their Lord رَشَدًا a right path.
English - And we do not know [therefore] whether evil is intended for those on earth or whether their Lord intends for them a right course. .
हिंदी - और हम नहीं जानते कि जो ज़मीन में हैंए उन के साथ बुराई का इरादा किया गया या उन के रब ने उन के लिए मार्गदर्शन का।.
Ayah 11
وَأَنَّا And that [we] مِنَّا among us ٱلصَّٰلِحُونَ (are) the righteous وَمِنَّا and among us دُونَ (are) other than ذَٰلِكَ that. كُنَّا We طَرَآئِقَ (are on) ways قِدَدًا different.
English - And among us are the righteous, and among us are [others] not so; we were [of] divided ways. .
हिंदी - और हममें से कुछ लोग नेक हैंए और कुछ लोग और तरह के हैंए हम अलग अलग रास्तों पर थे।.
Ayah 12
وَأَنَّا And that we ظَنَنَّآ [we] have become certain أَن that لَّن never نُّعْجِزَ we will cause failure ٱللَّهَ (to) Allah فِى in ٱلْأَرْضِ the earth وَلَن and never نُّعْجِزَهُۥ we can escape Him هَرَبًا (by) flight.
English - And we have become certain that we will never cause failure to Allah upon earth, nor can we escape Him by flight. .
हिंदी - और हम समझ गए थेए कि न ज़मीन में हम अल्लाह को बेबस कर सकते हैं और न भाग कर उसे हरा सकते हैं।.
Ayah 13
وَأَنَّا And that [we] لَمَّا when سَمِعْنَا we heard ٱلْهُدَىٰٓ the Guidance ءَامَنَّا we believed بِهِۦ in it. فَمَن And whoever يُؤْمِنۢ believes بِرَبِّهِۦ in his Lord, فَلَا then not يَخَافُ he will fear بَخْسًا any loss وَلَا and not رَهَقًا any burden.
English - And when we heard the guidance, we believed in it. And whoever believes in his Lord will not fear deprivation or burden. .
हिंदी - और हम ने हिदायत सुनी तो हम उस पर ईमान ले आएए सो जो अपने रब पर ईमान लाए तो उसे न नुक़सान का डर होगा और न ज़्यादती का।.
Ayah 14
وَأَنَّا And that we, مِنَّا among us ٱلْمُسْلِمُونَ (are) Muslims وَمِنَّا and among us ٱلْقَٰسِطُونَ (are) unjust. فَمَنْ And whoever أَسْلَمَ submits, فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ then those تَحَرَّوْا۟ have sought رَشَدًا (the) right path.
English - And among us are Muslims [in submission to Allah], and among us are the unjust. And whoever has become Muslim – those have sought out the right course. .
हिंदी - और बेशक हम में मुस्लिम हैंए और हम में गुमराह हैंए तो जो इसलाम लाया तो वही है जिस ने भलाई का रास्ता अपनाया।.
Ayah 15
وَأَمَّا And as for ٱلْقَٰسِطُونَ the unjust, فَكَانُوا۟ they will be, لِجَهَنَّمَ for Hell, حَطَبًا firewood."
English - But as for the unjust, they will be, for Hell, firewood.' .
हिंदी - और रहे ज़ालिम तो वह जहन्नम का ईधन हैं।.
Ayah 16
وَأَلَّوِ And that if ٱسْتَقَٰمُوا۟ they had remained عَلَى on ٱلطَّرِيقَةِ the Way, لَأَسْقَيْنَٰهُم surely We (would) have given them to drink مَّآءً water غَدَقًا (in) abundance,
English - And [Allah revealed] that if they had remained straight on the way, We would have given them abundant provision .
हिंदी - और अगर वह क़ायम रहते सीधे रास्ते पर तो हम उन्हेें बहुत ज़यादा पानी पिलाते।.
Ayah 17
لِّنَفْتِنَهُمْ That We might test them فِيهِ therein. وَمَن And whoever يُعْرِضْ turns away عَن from ذِكْرِ the Remembrance رَبِّهِۦ (of) his Lord, يَسْلُكْهُ He will make him enter عَذَابًا a punishment صَعَدًا severe.
English - So We might test them therein. And whoever turns away from the remembrance of his Lord He will put into arduous punishment. .
हिंदी - ताकी हम उन्हें उस में आज़माऐंए और जो अपने रब की याद से मुँह मोड़ेगा वह उसे चढ़ते हुए अज़ाब में डाल देगा।.
Ayah 18
وَأَنَّ And that ٱلْمَسَٰجِدَ the masjids لِلَّهِ (are) for Allah, فَلَا so (do) not تَدْعُوا۟ call مَعَ with ٱللَّهِ Allah أَحَدًا anyone.
English - And [He revealed] that the masjids are for Allah, so do not invoke with Allah anyone. .
हिंदी - और मसजिदें अल्लाह के लिए हैं, तुम अल्लाह के साथ किसी को मत पूकारो।.
Ayah 19
وَأَنَّهُۥ And that لَمَّا when قَامَ stood up عَبْدُ (the) slave ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah يَدْعُوهُ calling (upon) Him, كَادُوا۟ they almost يَكُونُونَ became عَلَيْهِ around him لِبَدًا a compacted mass.
English - And that when the Servant of Allah stood up supplicating Him, they almost became about him a compacted mass." .
हिंदी - और जब अल्लाह का बनदा उसको पुकारने के लिए खड़ा हुआ तो लोग उस पर टूट पड़ने लगे।.
Ayah 20
قُلْ Say, إِنَّمَآ "Only أَدْعُوا۟ I call upon رَبِّى my Lord, وَلَآ and not أُشْرِكُ I associate بِهِۦٓ with Him أَحَدًا anyone."
English - Say, [O Muhammad], "I only invoke my Lord and do not associate with Him anyone." .
हिंदी - कहोए कि मैं तो अपने रब को पुकारता हूँए और उसके साथ किसी को साझी नहीं करता।.
Ayah 21
قُلْ Say, إِنِّى "Indeed, I لَآ (do) not أَمْلِكُ possess لَكُمْ for you ضَرًّا any harm وَلَا and not رَشَدًا right path."
English - Say, "Indeed, I do not possess for you [the power of] harm or right direction." .
हिंदी - कहो कि मैं तुम्हारे हक़ में न बुराई की ताक़त रखता हूँ और न ही भलाई की।.
Ayah 22
قُلْ Say, إِنِّى "Indeed I, لَن never يُجِيرَنِى can protect me مِنَ from ٱللَّهِ Allah أَحَدٌ anyone, وَلَنْ and never أَجِدَ can I find مِن from دُونِهِۦ besides Him مُلْتَحَدًا any refuge.
English - Say, "Indeed, there will never protect me from Allah anyone [if I should disobey], nor will I find in other than Him a refuge. .
हिंदी - कह दो की मुझे खुदा की पकड़ से कोई बचा नहीं सकताए और न मैं उसके सिवा कहीं पनाह की जगह देखता हँू।.
Ayah 23
إِلَّا But بَلَٰغًا (the) notification مِّنَ from ٱللَّهِ Allah وَرِسَٰلَٰتِهِۦ and His Messages." وَمَن And whoever يَعْصِ disobeys ٱللَّهَ Allah وَرَسُولَهُۥ and His Messenger, فَإِنَّ then indeed, لَهُۥ for him نَارَ (is the) Fire جَهَنَّمَ (of) Hell, خَٰلِدِينَ (they will) abide فِيهَآ therein أَبَدًا forever.
English - But [I have for you] only notification from Allah, and His messages." And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger – then indeed, for him is the fire of Hell; they will abide therein forever. .
हिंदी - सिवाय अल्लाह की तरफ़ से कहना और पैग़ाम पहुँचाना और उस के संदेश हैंए और जो अल्लाह की और उस के रसूल की नाफ़रमानी करेगा तो बेशक उस के लिए जहन्नम की आग हैए उस में हमेशा हमेश रहेगा।.
Ayah 24
حَتَّىٰٓ Until, إِذَا when رَأَوْا۟ they see مَا what يُوعَدُونَ they are promised, فَسَيَعْلَمُونَ then they will know مَنْ who أَضْعَفُ (is) weaker نَاصِرًا (in) helpers وَأَقَلُّ and fewer عَدَدًا (in) number.
English - [The disbelievers continue] until, when they see that which they are promised, then they will know who is weaker in helpers and less in number. .
हिंदी - यहाँ तक की जब उस को देख लेंगे जिसका इनसे वादा किया गया है तो इन्हें मालूम हो जाएगा किस का मददगार कमज़ोर हैए और गिंती में कम है।.
Ayah 25
قُلْ Say, إِنْ "Not أَدْرِىٓ I know أَقَرِيبٌ whether is near مَّا what تُوعَدُونَ you are promised أَمْ or (whether) يَجْعَلُ will appoint لَهُۥ for it رَبِّىٓ my Lord أَمَدًا a (distant) term.
English - Say, "I do not know if what you are promised is near or if my Lord will grant for it a [long] period." .
हिंदी - कहो मैं नहीं जानता कि जिस का वादा तुम से किया जा रहा हैए वह नज़दीक हैए या मेरे रब ने उसे एक मुददत तक बढ़ाया है।.
Ayah 26
عَٰلِمُ (The) All-Knower ٱلْغَيْبِ (of) the unseen, فَلَا so not يُظْهِرُ He reveals عَلَىٰ from غَيْبِهِۦٓ His unseen أَحَدًا (to) anyone,
English - [He is] Knower of the unseen, and He does not disclose His [knowledge of the] unseen to anyone .
हिंदी - ग़ैब का जानने वालाए वह ग़ैब की बात किसी पर ज़ाहिर नहीं करता।.
Ayah 27
إِلَّا Except مَنِ whom ٱرْتَضَىٰ He has approved مِن of رَّسُولٍ a Messenger, فَإِنَّهُۥ and indeed, He يَسْلُكُ makes to march مِنۢ from بَيْنِ before يَدَيْهِ him وَمِنْ and from خَلْفِهِۦ behind him رَصَدًا a guard,
English - Except whom He has approved of messengers, and indeed, He sends before each messenger and behind him observers .
हिंदी - सिवाय उस रसूल के जिसे उसने पसंद कर लिया हो तो उसके आगे और पीछे वह रक्षक लगा देता है।.
Ayah 28
لِّيَعْلَمَ That He may make evident أَن that قَدْ indeed, أَبْلَغُوا۟ they have conveyed رِسَٰلَٰتِ (the) Messages رَبِّهِمْ (of) their Lord; وَأَحَاطَ and He has encompassed بِمَا what لَدَيْهِمْ (is) with them وَأَحْصَىٰ and He takes account كُلَّ (of) all شَىْءٍ things عَدَدًۢا (in) number."
English - That he may know that they have conveyed the messages of their Lord; and He has encompassed whatever is with them and has enumerated all things in number. .
हिंदी - ताकि देेख ले कि उन्होंने अपने रब के संदेश पहॅँचा दिए और जो कुछ उनके पास हैए उसे वह घेरे हुए हैए और उसने हर एक चीज़ को गिन रखा है।.
