Ayah 1
يُسَبِّحُ Glorifies لِلَّهِ [to] Allah مَا whatever فِى (is) in ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ the heavens وَمَا and whatever فِى (is) in ٱلْأَرْضِ the earth. لَهُ For Him ٱلْمُلْكُ (is the) dominion وَلَهُ and for Him ٱلْحَمْدُ (is) the praise. وَهُوَ And He عَلَىٰ (is) on كُلِّ every شَىْءٍ thing قَدِيرٌ All-Powerful.
English - Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth is exalting Allah. To Him belongs dominion, and to Him belongs [all] praise, and He is over all things competent. .
हिंदी - आसमानों और ज़मीन में जो कुछ हैए सब अल्लाह की महिमा करती है बादशाहत उसी की हैए और तारीफ़ उसी की और वह हर चीज़ पर ताक़त रखने वाला है।.
Ayah 2
هُوَ He ٱلَّذِى (is) the One Who خَلَقَكُمْ created you فَمِنكُمْ and among you كَافِرٌ (is) a disbeliever وَمِنكُم and among you مُّؤْمِنٌ (is) a believer. وَٱللَّهُ And Allah بِمَا of what تَعْمَلُونَ you do بَصِيرٌ (is) All-Seer.
English - It is He who created you, and among you is the disbeliever, and among you is the believer. And Allah, of what you do, is Seeing. .
हिंदी - वही है जिसने तुम्हें पैदा कियाए फिर तुम में से कोई काफ़िर हैए और कोई मोमिनए और अल्लाह वह सब कुछ देख रहा है जो तुम करते हो।.
Ayah 3
خَلَقَ He created ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ the heavens وَٱلْأَرْضَ and the earth بِٱلْحَقِّ with truth, وَصَوَّرَكُمْ and He formed you فَأَحْسَنَ and made good صُوَرَكُمْ your forms, وَإِلَيْهِ and to Him ٱلْمَصِيرُ (is) the final return.
English - He created the heavens and earth in truth and formed you and perfected your forms; and to Him is the [final] destination. .
हिंदी - उसने ज़मीन और आसमानों को ठीक ठीक पैदा किया और उसी ने तुम्हारी सूरतें बनाईं तो बहुत अच्छी बनाईं और उसी की तरफ लौटना है।.
Ayah 4
يَعْلَمُ He knows مَا what فِى (is) in ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ the heavens وَٱلْأَرْضِ and the earth, وَيَعْلَمُ and He knows مَا what تُسِرُّونَ you conceal وَمَا and what تُعْلِنُونَ you declare. وَٱللَّهُ And Allah عَلِيمٌۢ (is) All-Knowing بِذَاتِ of what ٱلصُّدُورِ (is in) the breasts.
English - He knows what is within the heavens and earth and knows what you conceal and what you declare. And Allah is Knowing of that within the breasts. .
हिंदी - जो ज़मीन और आसमानों में है उसे वह जानता हैए और जो कुछ तुम छुपाते हो और जो कुछ तुम ज़ाहिर करते होए और अल्लाह दिलों के अन्दर की चिज़ को जानता है।.
Ayah 5
أَلَمْ Has not يَأْتِكُمْ come to you نَبَؤُا۟ (the) news ٱلَّذِينَ (of) those who كَفَرُوا۟ disbelieved مِن from قَبْلُ before? فَذَاقُوا۟ So they tasted وَبَالَ (the bad) consequence أَمْرِهِمْ (of) their affair, وَلَهُمْ and for them عَذَابٌ (is) a punishment أَلِيمٌ painful.
English - Has there not come to you the news of those who disbelieved before? So they tasted the bad consequence of their affair, and they will have a painful punishment. .
हिंदी - क्या तुम्हें उन लोगों की ख़बर नहीं पहुंची जिन्होंने इससे पहले इनकार किया और फिर अपनी करतूतों का मज़ा चख लिया? और उन के लिए दर्दनाक अज़ाब है।.
Ayah 6
ذَٰلِكَ That بِأَنَّهُۥ (is) because كَانَت had تَّأْتِيهِمْ come to them رُسُلُهُم their Messengers بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ with clear proofs, فَقَالُوٓا۟ but they said, أَبَشَرٌ "Shall human beings يَهْدُونَنَا guide us?" فَكَفَرُوا۟ So they disbelieved وَتَوَلَّوا۟ and turned away. وَّٱسْتَغْنَى And can do without them ٱللَّهُ Allah. وَٱللَّهُ And Allah غَنِىٌّ (is) Self-sufficient, حَمِيدٌ Praiseworthy.
English - That is because their messengers used to come to them with clear evidences, but they said, "Shall human beings guide us?" and disbelieved and turned away. And Allah dispensed [with them]; and Allah is Free of need and Praiseworthy. .
हिंदी - यह इस वजह से कि उनके पास रसूल खुली निशनियों के साथ आते थे तो उन लोगों ने कहा की क्या इन्सान हमें हिदायत देगा उनहोंने इनकार किया और मुंह फेर लिया और अल्लाह ने भी बेनियाज़ी बरती और वह बेनियाज़ तारीफ़ के लाएक़ है।.
Ayah 7
زَعَمَ Claim ٱلَّذِينَ those who كَفَرُوٓا۟ disbelieve أَن that لَّن never يُبْعَثُوا۟ will they be raised. قُلْ Say, بَلَىٰ "Yes, وَرَبِّى by my Lord, لَتُبْعَثُنَّ surely you will be raised; ثُمَّ then لَتُنَبَّؤُنَّ surely you will be informed بِمَا of what عَمِلْتُمْ you did. وَذَٰلِكَ And that عَلَى for ٱللَّهِ Allah يَسِيرٌ (is) easy."
English - Those who disbelieve have claimed that they will never be resurrected. Say, "Yes, by my Lord, you will surely be resurrected; then you will surely be informed of what you did. And that, for Allah, is easy." .
हिंदी - काफ़िरों ने दावा किया कि यह दोबारा ज़िंदा न किये जाएंगे। कहो हाँ! क्यूँ नहीए मेरे रब की क़सम है तुम ज़रूर ज़िनदा किये जाओगे फिर ज़रूर तुम्हें बताया जाएगा जो कुछ तुम ने किया है और यह अल्लाह के लिए बहुत आसान है।.
Ayah 8
فَـَٔامِنُوا۟ So believe بِٱللَّهِ in Allah وَرَسُولِهِۦ and His Messenger وَٱلنُّورِ and the Light ٱلَّذِىٓ which أَنزَلْنَا We have sent down. وَٱللَّهُ And Allah, بِمَا of what تَعْمَلُونَ you do, خَبِيرٌ (is) All-Aware.
English - So believe in Allah and His Messenger and the Qur’an which We have sent down. And Allah is Acquainted with what you do. .
हिंदी - तो तुम अल्लाह पर और उस के रसूल पर ईमान ले आओ और उस नूर पर जो हमने नाज़िल किया है और जो कुछ तुम करते हो अल्लाह उसकी ख़बर रखता है।.
Ayah 9
يَوْمَ (The) Day يَجْمَعُكُمْ He will assemble you لِيَوْمِ for (the) Day ٱلْجَمْعِ (of) the Assembly, ذَٰلِكَ that يَوْمُ (will be the) Day ٱلتَّغَابُنِ (of) mutual loss and gain. وَمَن And whoever يُؤْمِنۢ believes بِٱللَّهِ in Allah وَيَعْمَلْ and does صَٰلِحًا righteous deeds يُكَفِّرْ He will remove عَنْهُ from him سَيِّـَٔاتِهِۦ his evil deeds وَيُدْخِلْهُ and He will admit him جَنَّٰتٍ (to) Gardens تَجْرِى flow مِن from تَحْتِهَا underneath it ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ the rivers, خَٰلِدِينَ abiding فِيهَآ therein أَبَدًا forever. ذَٰلِكَ That ٱلْفَوْزُ (is) the success ٱلْعَظِيمُ the great.
English - The Day He will assemble you for the Day of Assembly – that is the Day of Deprivation. And whoever believes in Allah and does righteousness – He will remove from him his misdeeds and admit him to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever. That is the great attainment. .
हिंदी - जिस दिन वह तुम्हें जमा करेगा जमा करने के दिन, यह हार जीत का दिन है, और जो अल्लाह पर ईमान लाए और अच्छे काम करे तो वह उस से उस की बुराइयां दूर कर देगा और उसे उन बाग़ात में दाखि़ल करेगा जिन के नीचे नहरें जारी हैं, उस में हमेशा हमेश रहेंगे, यह बड़ी कामयाबी है।.
Ayah 10
وَٱلَّذِينَ But those who كَفَرُوا۟ disbelieved وَكَذَّبُوا۟ and denied بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ [in] Our Verses, أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ those أَصْحَٰبُ (are the) companions ٱلنَّارِ (of) the Fire, خَٰلِدِينَ abiding forever فِيهَا therein. وَبِئْسَ And wretched is ٱلْمَصِيرُ the destination.
English - But the ones who disbelieved and denied Our verses – those are the companions of the Fire, abiding eternally therein; and wretched is the destination. .
हिंदी - और जिन लोगों ने इंकार कियाए और हमारी निशानीयों को झुठलायाए वही आग वाले हैं जिसमें हमेशा रहेंगेए और वह बहुत ही बुरा ठिकाना है।.
Ayah 11
مَآ Not أَصَابَ strikes مِن any مُّصِيبَةٍ disaster إِلَّا except بِإِذْنِ by (the) permission ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah. وَمَن And whoever يُؤْمِنۢ believes بِٱللَّهِ in Allah, يَهْدِ He guides قَلْبَهُۥ his heart. وَٱللَّهُ And Allah بِكُلِّ of every شَىْءٍ thing عَلِيمٌ (is) All-Knowing.
English - No disaster strikes except by permission of Allah. And whoever believes in Allah – He will guide his heart. And Allah is Knowing of all things. .
हिंदी - कोई मुसीबत नहीं पहुँचती मगर अल्लाह की मरज़ी से और जो शख़्स अल्लाह पर ईमान लाता है वह उस के दिल को हिदायत देता है और अल्लाह हर चीज़ को जानने वाला है।.
Ayah 12
وَأَطِيعُوا۟ So obey ٱللَّهَ Allah وَأَطِيعُوا۟ and obey ٱلرَّسُولَ the Messenger; فَإِن but if تَوَلَّيْتُمْ you turn away, فَإِنَّمَا then only عَلَىٰ upon رَسُولِنَا Our Messenger ٱلْبَلَٰغُ (is) the conveyance ٱلْمُبِينُ clear.
English - And obey Allah and obey the Messenger; but if you turn away – then upon Our Messenger is only [the duty of] clear notification. .
हिंदी - तो तुम अल्लाह की बात मानो और रसूल की बात मानो फिर अगर तुमने मुँह फेरा तो हमारे रसूल पर सिर्फ साफ साफ पहुँचा देना फर्ज़ है।.
Ayah 13
ٱللَّهُ Allah, لَآ (there is) no إِلَٰهَ god إِلَّا except هُوَ Him. وَعَلَى And upon ٱللَّهِ Allah فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ let put (their) trust ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ the believers.
English - Allah – there is no deity except Him. And upon Allah let the believers rely. .
हिंदी - अल्लाह वह है जिसके सिवा कोई पूज्य नहीं है और ईमान लाने वालों को अल्लाह ही पर भरोसा रखना चाहिए।.
Ayah 14
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا O ٱلَّذِينَ (you) who ءَامَنُوٓا۟ believe! إِنَّ Indeed, مِنْ from أَزْوَٰجِكُمْ your wives وَأَوْلَٰدِكُمْ and your children عَدُوًّا (are) enemies لَّكُمْ to you, فَٱحْذَرُوهُمْ so beware of them. وَإِن But if تَعْفُوا۟ you pardon وَتَصْفَحُوا۟ and overlook وَتَغْفِرُوا۟ and forgive, فَإِنَّ then indeed, ٱللَّهَ Allah غَفُورٌ (is) Oft-Forgiving, رَّحِيمٌ Most Merciful.
English - O you who have believed, indeed, among your wives and your children are enemies to you, so beware of them. But if you pardon and overlook and forgive – then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. .
हिंदी - एै ईमान वालोए तुम्हारी बीवियों और तुम्हारी औलाद में से कुछ तुम्हारे दुशमन हैं तो तुम उन से बचो और अगर तुम माफ़ कर दो और टाल जाओ और दरगुज़र करो बेशक अल्लाह माफ करने वालाए मेहरबान है।.
Ayah 15
إِنَّمَآ Only أَمْوَٰلُكُمْ your wealth وَأَوْلَٰدُكُمْ and your children فِتْنَةٌ (are) a trial, وَٱللَّهُ and Allah - عِندَهُۥٓ with Him أَجْرٌ (is) a reward عَظِيمٌ great.
English - Your wealth and your children are but a trial, and Allah has with Him a great reward. .
हिंदी - तुम्हारे माल और तुम्हारी औलाद तो एक आज़माइश हैंए और अल्लाह ही है जिसके पास बड़ा बदला है।.
Ayah 16
فَٱتَّقُوا۟ So fear ٱللَّهَ Allah مَا what ٱسْتَطَعْتُمْ you are able وَٱسْمَعُوا۟ and listen وَأَطِيعُوا۟ and obey وَأَنفِقُوا۟ and spend; خَيْرًا (it is) better لِّأَنفُسِكُمْ for yourselves. وَمَن And whoever يُوقَ is saved شُحَّ (from the) greediness نَفْسِهِۦ (of) his soul, فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ then those هُمُ [they] ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ (are) the successful ones.
English - So fear Allah as much as you are able and listen and obey and spend [in the way of Allah]; it is better for your selves. And whoever is protected from the stinginess of his soul – it is those who will be the successful. .
हिंदी - जहाँ तक तुम से हो सके अल्लाह का लेहाज़ करो और सुनो और मानो और अपने माल ख़र्च करो यह तुम्हारे लिए अच्छा है जो अपने दिल की तंगी से बचा लिया गया तो यही लोग कामयाब हैं।.
Ayah 17
إِن If تُقْرِضُوا۟ you loan ٱللَّهَ (to) Allah قَرْضًا a loan حَسَنًا goodly, يُضَٰعِفْهُ He will multiply it لَكُمْ for you وَيَغْفِرْ and will forgive لَكُمْ you. وَٱللَّهُ And Allah شَكُورٌ (is) Most Appreciative, حَلِيمٌ Most Forbearing,
English - If you loan Allah a goodly loan, He will multiply it for you and forgive you. And Allah is Most Appreciative and Forbearing. .
हिंदी - अगर तुम अल्लाह को अच्छा कर्ज़ दोए तो तुम्हे कई गुना बढ़ा कर देगाए और तुम्हें माफ़ कर देगाए और अल्लाह तो बड़ा ही क़द्रदान और सहनशील है।.
Ayah 18
عَٰلِمُ (The) Knower ٱلْغَيْبِ (of) the unseen وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ and the witnessed, ٱلْعَزِيزُ the All-Mighty, ٱلْحَكِيمُ the All-Wise.
English - Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, the Exalted in Might, the Wise. .
हिंदी - पोशीदा और ज़ाहिर का जानने वाला, ज़बरदसत, हिकमत वाला है।.
