حمٓ Ha Meem.

हिंदी - हा मीम।.
Ayah 2
تَنزِيلُ (The) revelation ٱلْكِتَٰبِ (of) the Book مِنَ (is) from ٱللَّهِ Allah ٱلْعَزِيزِ the All-Mighty, ٱلْعَلِيمِ the All-Knower.
English - The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Knowing. .
हिंदी - किताब का उतारा जाना, ज़्ाबरदस्त, बहुत जानने वाले अल्लाह की तरफ़ से है।.
Ayah 3
غَافِرِ (The) Forgiver ٱلذَّنۢبِ (of) the sin, وَقَابِلِ and (the) Acceptor ٱلتَّوْبِ (of) [the] repentance, شَدِيدِ severe ٱلْعِقَابِ (in) the punishment, ذِى Owner (of) the abundance. ٱلطَّوْلِ Owner (of) the abundance. لَآ (There is) no إِلَٰهَ god إِلَّا except هُوَ Him; إِلَيْهِ to Him, ٱلْمَصِيرُ (is) the final return.
English - The forgiver of sin, acceptor of repentance, severe in punishment, owner of abundance. There is no deity except Him; to Him is the destination. .
हिंदी - गुनाह को माफ़ करने वाला, तौबा क़ुबूल करने वाला, भयानक सज़्ाा देने वाला और एहसान वाला है। उसके सिवा कोई पूज्य नहीं, उसी की तरफ़ लौटना है।.
Ayah 4
مَا Not يُجَٰدِلُ dispute فِىٓ concerning ءَايَٰتِ (the) Verses ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah إِلَّا except ٱلَّذِينَ those who كَفَرُوا۟ disbelieve, فَلَا so (let) not يَغْرُرْكَ deceive you تَقَلُّبُهُمْ their movement فِى in ٱلْبِلَٰدِ the cities.
English - No one disputes concerning the signs of Allah except those who disbelieve, so be not deceived by their [uninhibited] movement throughout the land. .
हिंदी - अल्लाह की निशानियों में नहीं झगड़ते मगर वह जिन्होंने इंकार किया। तो ज़्ामीन में उनका चलना फिरना तुम्हें धोके में ना डाले।.
Ayah 5
كَذَّبَتْ Denied قَبْلَهُمْ before them قَوْمُ (the) people نُوحٍ (of) Nuh وَٱلْأَحْزَابُ and the factions مِنۢ after them, بَعْدِهِمْ after them, وَهَمَّتْ and plotted كُلُّ every أُمَّةٍۭ nation بِرَسُولِهِمْ against their Messenger, لِيَأْخُذُوهُ to seize him, وَجَٰدَلُوا۟ and they disputed بِٱلْبَٰطِلِ by falsehood لِيُدْحِضُوا۟ to refute بِهِ thereby ٱلْحَقَّ the truth. فَأَخَذْتُهُمْ So I seized them. فَكَيْفَ Then how كَانَ was عِقَابِ My penalty?
English - The people of Noah denied before them and the [disbelieving] factions after them, and every nation intended [a plot] for their messenger to seize him, and they disputed by [using] falsehood to [attempt to] invalidate thereby the truth. So I seized them, and how [terrible] was My penalty. .
हिंदी - उनसे पहले नूह की क़ौम ने झुठलाया और उनके बाद फ़िरक़ों ने और हर गिरोह ने चाहा कि अपने रसूल को पकड़े और झूठ से झगड़े ताकि वह उस से हक़ को ख़त्म कर दंे, तो मैंने उन्हें पकड़ लिया, तो कैसी थी मेरी सज़्ाा?.
Ayah 6
وَكَذَٰلِكَ And thus حَقَّتْ has been justified كَلِمَتُ (the) Word رَبِّكَ (of) your Lord عَلَى against ٱلَّذِينَ those who كَفَرُوٓا۟ disbelieved أَنَّهُمْ that they أَصْحَٰبُ (are) companions ٱلنَّارِ (of) the Fire.
English - And thus has the word of your Lord come into effect upon those who disbelieved that they are companions of the Fire. .
हिंदी - और इसी तरह तुम्हारे रब के बोल सच साबित हुए काफ़िरों के ख़िलाफ़। बेशक वह आग वाले हैं।.
Ayah 7
ٱلَّذِينَ Those who يَحْمِلُونَ bear ٱلْعَرْشَ the Throne وَمَنْ and who حَوْلَهُۥ (are) around it يُسَبِّحُونَ glorify بِحَمْدِ (the) praises رَبِّهِمْ (of) their Lord وَيُؤْمِنُونَ and believe بِهِۦ in Him وَيَسْتَغْفِرُونَ and ask forgiveness لِلَّذِينَ for those who ءَامَنُوا۟ believe, رَبَّنَا "Our Lord! وَسِعْتَ You encompass كُلَّ all شَىْءٍ things رَّحْمَةً (by Your) Mercy وَعِلْمًا and knowledge, فَٱغْفِرْ so forgive لِلَّذِينَ those who تَابُوا۟ repent وَٱتَّبَعُوا۟ and follow سَبِيلَكَ Your Way وَقِهِمْ and save them (from) عَذَابَ (the) punishment ٱلْجَحِيمِ (of) the Hellfire.
English - Those [angels] who carry the Throne and those around it exalt [Allah] with praise of their Lord and believe in Him and ask forgiveness for those who have believed, [saying], "Our Lord, You have encompassed all things in mercy and knowledge, so forgive those who have repented and followed Your way and protect them from the punishment of Hellfire. .
हिंदी - जो तख़्त उठाते हैं और जो उसके आस पास हैं वह अपने रब की तारीफ़ के साथ महिमा करते हैं और उस पर यक़ीन रखते हैं और मानने वालों के लिए माफ़ी चाहते हैं। ऐ हमारे रब तूने हर चीज़्ा को रहमत और इल्म से घेर लिया है, तो तू उन्हें माफ़ कर दे जिन्होंने तौबा की और तेरे रास्ते पर चले और उन्हें जहन्नम के अज़्ााब से बचा ले।.
Ayah 8
رَبَّنَا Our Lord! وَأَدْخِلْهُمْ And admit them جَنَّٰتِ (to) Gardens عَدْنٍ (of) Eden ٱلَّتِى which وَعَدتَّهُمْ You have promised them وَمَن and whoever صَلَحَ (was) righteous مِنْ among ءَابَآئِهِمْ their fathers وَأَزْوَٰجِهِمْ and their spouses وَذُرِّيَّٰتِهِمْ and their offspring. إِنَّكَ Indeed You, أَنتَ You ٱلْعَزِيزُ (are) the All-Mighty, ٱلْحَكِيمُ the All-Wise.
English - Our Lord, and admit them to gardens of perpetual residence which You have promised them and whoever was righteous among their fathers, their spouses and their offspring. Indeed, it is You who is the Exalted in Might, the Wise. .
हिंदी - ऐ हमारे रब और उन्हें हमेशा हमेश के बाग़ों में दाख़िल कर जिनका तूने उनसे वादा किया है और जो उनके बाप दादा, जोड़ों और औलादों में से अच्छे हुए उन्हें भी। बेशक तू ज़्ाबरदस्त, हिकमत वाला है।.
Ayah 9
وَقِهِمُ And protect them ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ (from) the evils. وَمَن And whoever تَقِ you protect ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ (from) the evils يَوْمَئِذٍ that Day, فَقَدْ then verily رَحِمْتَهُۥ You have bestowed mercy on him. وَذَٰلِكَ And that هُوَ [it] ٱلْفَوْزُ (is) the success, ٱلْعَظِيمُ the great."
English - And protect them from the evil consequences [of their deeds]. And he whom You protect from evil consequences that Day – You will have given him mercy. And that is the great attainment." .
हिंदी - और उन्हें बुराइयों से बचा और जिसे तू उस दिन बुराइयों से बचा लेगा तो तूने उस पर रहम कर दिया और यही बड़ी कामयाबी है।.
Ayah 10
إِنَّ Indeed, ٱلَّذِينَ those who كَفَرُوا۟ disbelieved يُنَادَوْنَ will be cried out to them, لَمَقْتُ "Certainly Allah's hatred ٱللَّهِ "Certainly Allah's hatred أَكْبَرُ (was) greater مِن than مَّقْتِكُمْ your hatred أَنفُسَكُمْ (of) yourselves إِذْ when تُدْعَوْنَ you were called إِلَى to ٱلْإِيمَٰنِ the faith, فَتَكْفُرُونَ and you disbelieved.
English - Indeed, those who disbelieve will be addressed, "The hatred of Allah for you was [even] greater than your hatred of yourselves [this Day in Hell] when you were invited to faith, but you refused." .
हिंदी - बेशक जिन लोगों ने इंकार किया उन्हें पुकारा जाएगा कि अल्लाह की नाराज़्ागी ज़्यादा बड़ी है तुम्हारी ख़ुद पर नाराज़्ागी के मुक़ाबले। जब तुम्हें बुलाया जाता था ईमान की तरफ़ तो तुम इंकार करते थे।.
Ayah 11
قَالُوا۟ They (will) say, رَبَّنَآ "Our Lord! أَمَتَّنَا You gave us death ٱثْنَتَيْنِ twice وَأَحْيَيْتَنَا and You gave us life ٱثْنَتَيْنِ twice, فَٱعْتَرَفْنَا and we confess بِذُنُوبِنَا our sins. فَهَلْ So is (there) إِلَىٰ to خُرُوجٍ get out مِّن any سَبِيلٍ way?"
English - They will say, "Our Lord, You made us lifeless twice and gave us life twice, and we have confessed our sins. So is there to an exit any way?" .
हिंदी - वह कहेंगे कि ऐ हमारे रब तूने हमें दो बार मौत दी और दो बार जि़्ांदगी, तो हमने अपने गुनाहांे का इक़रार कर लिया, तो क्या निकलने का कोई रास्ता है?.
Ayah 12
ذَٰلِكُم "That بِأَنَّهُۥٓ (is) because, إِذَا when دُعِىَ Allah was invoked ٱللَّهُ Allah was invoked وَحْدَهُۥ Alone كَفَرْتُمْ you disbelieved; وَإِن but if يُشْرَكْ (others) were associated بِهِۦ with Him, تُؤْمِنُوا۟ you believed. فَٱلْحُكْمُ So the judgment لِلَّهِ (is) with Allah, ٱلْعَلِىِّ the Most High, ٱلْكَبِيرِ the Most Great."
English - [They will be told], "That is because, when Allah was called upon alone, you disbelieved; but if others were associated with Him, you believed. So the judgment is with Allah, the Most High, the Grand." .
हिंदी - यह इसलिए कि जब अकेले अल्लाह को पुकारा जाता था तो तुम इंकार करते थे और अगर उसके साथ साझी ठहराया जाता तो तुम मान लेते थे, तो फ़ैसला अल्लाह का है जो बहुत बुलंद और बड़ा है।.
Ayah 13
هُوَ He ٱلَّذِى (is) the One Who يُرِيكُمْ shows you ءَايَٰتِهِۦ His Signs وَيُنَزِّلُ and sends down لَكُم for you مِّنَ from ٱلسَّمَآءِ the sky رِزْقًا provision. وَمَا But (does) not يَتَذَكَّرُ take heed إِلَّا except مَن (one) who يُنِيبُ turns.
English - It is He who shows you His signs and sends down to you from the sky, provision. But none will remember except he who turns back [in repentance]. .
हिंदी - वही है जो तुम्हें अपनी निशानियाँ दिखाता है और तुम्हारे लिए आसमान से रोज़्ाी उतारता है और ख़बरदार वही रहता है जो पलटता है।.
Ayah 14
فَٱدْعُوا۟ So invoke ٱللَّهَ Allah, مُخْلِصِينَ (being) sincere لَهُ to Him ٱلدِّينَ (in) the religion, وَلَوْ even though كَرِهَ dislike (it) ٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ the disbelievers.
English - So invoke Allah, [being] sincere to Him in religion, although the disbelievers dislike it. .
हिंदी - तो अल्लाह को पुकारो उसके लिए दीन को ख़ास करते हुए, भले ही काफ़िर बुरा मानें। 15 दर्जों को बुलंद करने वाला, तख़्त वाला है। अपने बंदों में से जिस पर चाहता है अपने हुक्म से रूह उतारता है ताकि वह मुलाक़ात के दिन से डराए।.
Ayah 15
رَفِيعُ Possessor of the Highest Ranks, ٱلدَّرَجَٰتِ Possessor of the Highest Ranks, ذُو Owner (of) the Throne; ٱلْعَرْشِ Owner (of) the Throne; يُلْقِى He places ٱلرُّوحَ the inspiration مِنْ of أَمْرِهِۦ His Command عَلَىٰ upon مَن whom يَشَآءُ He wills مِنْ of عِبَادِهِۦ His slaves, لِيُنذِرَ to warn يَوْمَ (of the) Day ٱلتَّلَاقِ (of) the Meeting.
English - [He is] the Exalted above [all] degrees, Owner of the Throne; He places the inspiration of His command upon whom He wills of His servants to warn of the Day of Meeting. .
हिंदी - दर्जों को बुलंद करने वाला, तख़्त वाला है। अपने बंदों में से जिस पर चाहता है अपने हुक्म से रूह उतारता है ताकि वह मुलाक़ात के दिन से डराए।.
Ayah 16
يَوْمَ (The) Day هُم they بَٰرِزُونَ come forth, لَا not يَخْفَىٰ is hidden عَلَى from ٱللَّهِ Allah مِنْهُمْ about them شَىْءٌ anything. لِّمَنِ For whom ٱلْمُلْكُ (is) the Dominion ٱلْيَوْمَ this Day? لِلَّهِ For Allah ٱلْوَٰحِدِ the One, ٱلْقَهَّارِ the Irresistible.
English - The Day they come forth nothing concerning them will be concealed from Allah. To whom belongs [all] sovereignty this Day? To Allah, the One, the Prevailing. .
हिंदी - जिस दिन वह ज़ाहिर होंगे, अल्लाह पर उनकी कोई चीज़्ा छुपी नहीं होगी। आज किस की बादशाहत है? ज़्ाबरदस्त, अकेले अल्लाह की।.
Ayah 17
ٱلْيَوْمَ This Day تُجْزَىٰ will be recompensed كُلُّ every نَفْسٍۭ soul بِمَا for what كَسَبَتْ it earned. لَا No ظُلْمَ injustice ٱلْيَوْمَ today! إِنَّ Indeed, ٱللَّهَ Allah سَرِيعُ (is) Swift ٱلْحِسَابِ (in) Account.
English - This Day every soul will be recompensed for what it earned. No injustice today! Indeed, Allah is swift in account. .
हिंदी - आज हर जान को बदला दिया जाएगा जो उसने कमाया है। आज कोई ज़्ाुल्म नहीं होगा। बेशक अल्लाह जल्द हिसाब लेने वाला है।.
Ayah 18
وَأَنذِرْهُمْ And warn them يَوْمَ (of the) Day ٱلْءَازِفَةِ the Approaching, إِذِ when ٱلْقُلُوبُ the hearts لَدَى (are) at ٱلْحَنَاجِرِ the throats, كَٰظِمِينَ choked. مَا Not لِلظَّٰلِمِينَ for the wrongdoers مِنْ any حَمِيمٍ intimate friend وَلَا and no شَفِيعٍ intercessor يُطَاعُ (who) is obeyed.
English - And warn them, [O Muhammad], of the Approaching Day, when hearts are at the throats, filled [with distress]. For the wrongdoers there will be no devoted friend and no intercessor [who is] obeyed. .
हिंदी - और उन्हें क़रीब आने वाले दिन से डराओे जब दिल हलक़ में आ रहे होंगे। ज़्ाालिमों का न कोई दोस्त होगा और न ही कोई सिफ़ारिशी जिसकी बात मानी जाए।.
Ayah 19
يَعْلَمُ He knows خَآئِنَةَ (the) stealthy glance ٱلْأَعْيُنِ (the) stealthy glance وَمَا and what تُخْفِى conceal ٱلصُّدُورُ the breasts.
English - He knows that which deceives the eyes and what the breasts conceal. .
हिंदी - वह आंखों की चोरी को जानता है और जो सीने छुपाते हैं।.
Ayah 20
وَٱللَّهُ And Allah يَقْضِى judges بِٱلْحَقِّ in truth, وَٱلَّذِينَ while those (whom) يَدْعُونَ they invoke مِن besides Him دُونِهِۦ besides Him لَا not يَقْضُونَ they judge بِشَىْءٍ with anything. إِنَّ Indeed, ٱللَّهَ Allah - هُوَ He ٱلسَّمِيعُ (is) the All-Hearer, ٱلْبَصِيرُ the All-Seer.
English - And Allah judges with truth, while those they invoke besides Him judge not with anything. Indeed, Allah – He is the Hearing, the Seeing. .
हिंदी - और अल्लाह इंसाफ़ के साथ फ़ैसला करता है और जिन्हें वह उसके सिवा पुकारते हैं वह कुछ भी फ़ैसला नहीं कर सकते। बेशक अल्लाह ही सुनने वाला, देखने वाला है।.
Ayah 21
أَوَلَمْ Do not يَسِيرُوا۟ they travel فِى in ٱلْأَرْضِ the earth فَيَنظُرُوا۟ and see كَيْفَ how كَانَ was عَٰقِبَةُ (the) end ٱلَّذِينَ (of) those who كَانُوا۟ were مِن before them? قَبْلِهِمْ before them? كَانُوا۟ They were هُمْ [they] أَشَدَّ superior مِنْهُمْ to them قُوَّةً (in) strength وَءَاثَارًا and (in) impressions فِى in ٱلْأَرْضِ the land, فَأَخَذَهُمُ but Allah seized them ٱللَّهُ but Allah seized them بِذُنُوبِهِمْ for their sins, وَمَا and not كَانَ was لَهُم for them مِّنَ against ٱللَّهِ Allah مِن any وَاقٍ protector.
English - Have they not traveled through the land and observed how was the end of those who were before them? They were greater than them in strength and in impression on the land, but Allah seized them for their sins. And they had not from Allah any protector. .
हिंदी - क्या उन्होंने ज़्ामीन में सफ़र नहीं किया? तो वह देखते कि उनका अंजाम क्या हुआ जो उनसे पहले थे। वह उन से ज़्यादा ताक़त वाले थे और ज़्ामीन में निशानियों को लेकर भी, तो अल्लाह ने उन्हें उनके गुनाहों की वजह से पकड़ लिया और उनके लिए अल्लाह से बचाने वाला कोई नहीं था।.
Ayah 22
ذَٰلِكَ That بِأَنَّهُمْ (was) because [they] كَانَت used to come to them تَّأْتِيهِمْ used to come to them رُسُلُهُم their Messengers بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ with clear proofs فَكَفَرُوا۟ but they disbelieved, فَأَخَذَهُمُ So Allah seized them. ٱللَّهُ So Allah seized them. إِنَّهُۥ Indeed, He قَوِىٌّ (is) All-Strong, شَدِيدُ severe ٱلْعِقَابِ (in) punishment.
English - That was because their messengers were coming to them with clear proofs, but they disbelieved, so Allah seized them. Indeed, He is Powerful and severe in punishment. .
हिंदी - यह इसलिए कि उनके रसूल उनके पास खुली दलील लेकर आते थे तो वह इंकार करते थे तो अल्लाह ने उन्हें पकड़ लिया। बेशक वह ताक़त वाला, सख़्त सज़्ाा देने वाला है।.
Ayah 23
وَلَقَدْ And certainly, أَرْسَلْنَا We sent مُوسَىٰ Musa بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا with Our Signs وَسُلْطَٰنٍ and an authority مُّبِينٍ clear,
English - And We did certainly send Moses with Our signs and a clear authority .
हिंदी - और यक़ीनन हम ने मूसा को अपनी निशानियों के साथ और खुली दलील के साथ भेजा।.
Ayah 24
إِلَىٰ To فِرْعَوْنَ Firaun, وَهَٰمَٰنَ Haman وَقَٰرُونَ and Qarun, فَقَالُوا۟ but they said, سَٰحِرٌ "A magician, كَذَّابٌ a liar."
English - To Pharaoh, Haman and Qarūn; but they said, "[He is] a magician and a liar." .
हिंदी - फ़िरऔन, हामान और क़ारून की तरफ़, तो उन्होंने कहा कि झूठा जादूगर है।.
Ayah 25
فَلَمَّا Then when جَآءَهُم he brought to them بِٱلْحَقِّ the truth مِنْ from عِندِنَا Us قَالُوا۟ they said, ٱقْتُلُوٓا۟ "Kill أَبْنَآءَ (the) sons ٱلَّذِينَ (of) those who ءَامَنُوا۟ believe مَعَهُۥ with him, وَٱسْتَحْيُوا۟ and let live نِسَآءَهُمْ their women." وَمَا And not كَيْدُ (is the) plot ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ (of) the disbelievers إِلَّا but فِى in ضَلَٰلٍ error.
English - And when he brought them the truth from Us, they said, "Kill the sons of those who have believed with him and keep their women alive." But the plan of the disbelievers is not except in error. .
हिंदी - तो जब वह उनके पास हमारी तरफ़ से सच लेकर आया तो उन्होंने कहा कि जो उसके साथ ईमान लाए हैं उनकी औलादों को क़त्ल करो और उनकी औरतों को जिंदा रहने दो और इंकार करने वालों की चालबाज़्ाी तो नाकाम ही होती है।.
Ayah 26
وَقَالَ And said فِرْعَوْنُ Firaun, ذَرُونِىٓ "Leave me أَقْتُلْ (so that) I kill مُوسَىٰ Musa وَلْيَدْعُ and let him call رَبَّهُۥٓ his Lord. إِنِّىٓ Indeed, I أَخَافُ [I] fear أَن that يُبَدِّلَ he will change دِينَكُمْ your religion أَوْ or أَن that يُظْهِرَ he may cause to appear فِى in ٱلْأَرْضِ the land ٱلْفَسَادَ the corruption."
English - And Pharaoh said, "Let me kill Moses and let him call upon his Lord. Indeed, I fear that he will change your religion or that he will cause corruption in the land." .
हिंदी - और फ़िरऔन ने कहा कि मुझे छोड़ दो कि मैंं मूसा को क़त्ल करूँ और वह अपने रब को बुला ले। बेशक मैं डरता हूँ कि वह तुम्हारे दीन को बदल दे या ज़्ामीन में फ़साद मचाए।.
Ayah 27
وَقَالَ And said مُوسَىٰٓ Musa, إِنِّى "Indeed, I عُذْتُ [I] seek refuge بِرَبِّى in my Lord وَرَبِّكُم and your Lord مِّن from كُلِّ every مُتَكَبِّرٍ arrogant one لَّا not يُؤْمِنُ who believes بِيَوْمِ (in the) Day ٱلْحِسَابِ (of) the Account."
English - But Moses said, "Indeed, I have sought refuge in my Lord and your Lord from every arrogant one who does not believe in the Day of Account." .
हिंदी - और मूसा ने कहा कि मैं अपने और तुम्हारे रब की पनाह ले चुका हूँ हर उस घमंड करने वाले से जो हिसाब के दिन पर यक़ीन नहीं रखता।.
Ayah 28
وَقَالَ And said رَجُلٌ a man, مُّؤْمِنٌ believing, مِّنْ from ءَالِ (the) family فِرْعَوْنَ (of) Firaun يَكْتُمُ who conceal(ed) إِيمَٰنَهُۥٓ his faith, أَتَقْتُلُونَ "Will you kill رَجُلًا a man أَن because يَقُولَ he says, رَبِّىَ "My Lord ٱللَّهُ (is) Allah," وَقَدْ and indeed جَآءَكُم he has brought you بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ clear proofs مِن from رَّبِّكُمْ your Lord? وَإِن And if يَكُ he is كَٰذِبًا a liar, فَعَلَيْهِ then upon him كَذِبُهُۥ (is) his lie; وَإِن and if يَكُ he is صَادِقًا truthful, يُصِبْكُم (there) will strike you بَعْضُ some (of) ٱلَّذِى (that) which يَعِدُكُمْ he threatens you. إِنَّ Indeed, ٱللَّهَ Allah لَا (does) not يَهْدِى guide مَنْ (one) who هُوَ [he] مُسْرِفٌ (is) a transgressor, كَذَّابٌ a liar.
English - And a believing man from the family of Pharaoh who concealed his faith said, "Do you kill a man [merely] because he says, 'My Lord is Allah' while he has brought you clear proofs from your Lord? And if he should be lying, then upon him is [the consequence of] his lie; but if he should be truthful, there will strike you some of what he promises you. Indeed, Allah does not guide one who is a transgressor and a liar. .
हिंदी - और फ़िरऔन के लोगों में से एक ईमान वाले आदमी ने कहा जो अपना ईमान छुपा रहा था। क्या तुम ऐसे आदमी को क़त्ल कर दोगे जो कहता है कि मेरा रब अल्लाह है। जबकि वह तुम्हारे पास तुम्हारे रब की तरफ़ से साफ़ दलील लेकर आ चुका हैै। अगर वह झूठा है तो उसका झूठ उसी पर है और अगर वह सच्चा है तो तुम्हें उसका कुछ न कुछ आ पकड़ेगा जिसका वह तुम से वादा करता है। बेशक अल्लाह उसको रास्ता नहीं दिखाता जो हद से बढ़ने वाला, झूठा है।.
Ayah 29
يَٰقَوْمِ O my people! لَكُمُ For you ٱلْمُلْكُ (is) the kingdom ٱلْيَوْمَ today, ظَٰهِرِينَ dominant فِى in ٱلْأَرْضِ the land, فَمَن but who يَنصُرُنَا will help us مِنۢ from بَأْسِ (the) punishment ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah, إِن if جَآءَنَا it came to us." قَالَ Said فِرْعَوْنُ Firaun, مَآ "Not أُرِيكُمْ I show you إِلَّا except مَآ what أَرَىٰ I see وَمَآ and not أَهْدِيكُمْ I guide you إِلَّا except سَبِيلَ (to the) path ٱلرَّشَادِ the right."
English - O my people, sovereignty is yours today, [your being] dominant in the land. But who would protect us from the punishment of Allah if it came to us?" Pharaoh said, "I do not show you except what I see, and I do not guide you except to the way of right conduct." .
हिंदी - ऐ मेरी क़ौम आज तुम्हारी ही बादशाहत है, ज़मीन में हावी होते हुए। तो हमारी मदद कौन करेगा अल्लाह की पकड़ से अगर वह हम पर आ जाए। फ़िरऔन ने कहा कि मैं तो तुम्हें वही दिखाता हँू जो मैं देखता हूँ और मैं तुम्हें नहीं बताता मगर भलाई का रास्ता।.
Ayah 30
وَقَالَ And said ٱلَّذِىٓ (he) who ءَامَنَ believed, يَٰقَوْمِ "O my people! إِنِّىٓ Indeed I, أَخَافُ [I] fear عَلَيْكُم for you مِّثْلَ like يَوْمِ (the) day ٱلْأَحْزَابِ (of) the companies,
English - And he who believed said, "O my people, indeed I fear for you [a fate] like the day of the companies – .
हिंदी - और उसने कहा जो ईमान लाया था, ऐ मेरी क़ौम बेशक मैं डरता हूँ तुम पर गिरोहों जैसे दिन (अज़्ााब) से।.
Ayah 31
مِثْلَ Like دَأْبِ (the) plight قَوْمِ (of the) people نُوحٍ (of) Nuh وَعَادٍ and Aad وَثَمُودَ and Thamud وَٱلَّذِينَ and those مِنۢ after them. بَعْدِهِمْ after them. وَمَا And Allah (does) not ٱللَّهُ And Allah (does) not يُرِيدُ want ظُلْمًا injustice لِّلْعِبَادِ for (His) slaves.
English - Like the custom of the people of Noah and of ‘Aad and Thamūd and those after them. And Allah wants no injustice for [His] servants. .
हिंदी - जैसे कि नूह की क़ौम का हाल हुआ और आद और समूद और जो उनके बाद हुए और अल्लाह बंदों पर कोई ज़्ाुल्म नहीं करना चाहता।.
Ayah 32
وَيَٰقَوْمِ And O my people! إِنِّىٓ Indeed, I أَخَافُ [I] fear عَلَيْكُمْ for you يَوْمَ (the) Day ٱلتَّنَادِ (of) Calling,
English - And O my people, indeed I fear for you the Day of Calling – .
हिंदी - और ऐ मेरी क़ौम बेशक मैं तुम पर पुकार के दिन से डरता हूँ।.
Ayah 33
يَوْمَ A Day تُوَلُّونَ you will turn back مُدْبِرِينَ fleeing; مَا not لَكُم for you مِّنَ from ٱللَّهِ Allah مِنْ any عَاصِمٍ protector. وَمَن And whoever يُضْلِلِ Allah lets go astray, ٱللَّهُ Allah lets go astray, فَمَا then not لَهُۥ for him مِنْ any هَادٍ guide.
English - The Day you will turn your backs fleeing; there is not for you from Allah any protector. And whoever Allah leaves astray – there is not for him any guide. .
हिंदी - जिस दिन तुम पीठ फेर कर भागोगे। तुम्हें अल्लाह से बचाने वाला कोई नहीं होगा और जिसे अल्लाह भटका दे तो उसे कोई रास्ता बताने वाला नहीं।.
Ayah 34
وَلَقَدْ And indeed, جَآءَكُمْ came to you يُوسُفُ Yusuf مِن before قَبْلُ before بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ with clear proofs, فَمَا but not زِلْتُمْ you ceased فِى in شَكٍّ doubt مِّمَّا about what جَآءَكُم he brought to you بِهِۦ [with it], حَتَّىٰٓ until إِذَا when هَلَكَ he died, قُلْتُمْ you said, لَن "Never يَبْعَثَ will Allah raise ٱللَّهُ will Allah raise مِنۢ after him بَعْدِهِۦ after him رَسُولًا a Messenger." كَذَٰلِكَ Thus, يُضِلُّ Allah lets go astray ٱللَّهُ Allah lets go astray مَنْ who هُوَ [he] مُسْرِفٌ (is) a transgressor, مُّرْتَابٌ a doubter."
English - And Joseph had already come to you before with clear proofs, but you remained in doubt of that which he brought to you, until when he died, you said, 'Never will Allah send a messenger after him.' Thus does Allah leave astray he who is a transgressor and skeptic." .
हिंदी - और यक़ीनन इस से पहले यूसुफ़ तुम्हारे पास रौशन दलीलों के साथ आया तो तुम हमेशा उस से शक में रहे जो वह तुम्हारे पास लेकर आया। यहाँ तक कि जब वह मर गया तो तुम ने कहा कि अल्लाह इसके बाद कोई रसूल बिल्कुल नहीं भेजेगा। इसी तरह अल्लाह उसे भटका देता है जो हद से बढ़ने वाला, शक करने वाला है।.
Ayah 35
ٱلَّذِينَ Those who يُجَٰدِلُونَ dispute فِىٓ concerning ءَايَٰتِ (the) Signs ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah بِغَيْرِ without سُلْطَٰنٍ any authority أَتَىٰهُمْ (having) come to them, كَبُرَ (it) is greatly مَقْتًا hateful عِندَ near Allah ٱللَّهِ near Allah وَعِندَ and near ٱلَّذِينَ those ءَامَنُوا۟ who believe. كَذَٰلِكَ Thus يَطْبَعُ Allah sets a seal ٱللَّهُ Allah sets a seal عَلَىٰ over كُلِّ every قَلْبِ heart مُتَكَبِّرٍ (of) an arrogant جَبَّارٍ tyrant."
English - Those who dispute concerning the signs of Allah without an authority having come to them – great is hatred [of them] in the sight of Allah and in the sight of those who have believed. Thus does Allah seal over every heart [belonging to] an arrogant tyrant. .
हिंदी - जो अल्लाह की निशानियों में झगड़ते हैं किसी दलील के बग़ैर जो उनके पास आई हो। अल्लाह और ईमान वालों के नज़्ादीक यह बड़ी नाराज़्ागी है। इसी तरह अल्लाह हर घमंड करने वाले, धौंस दिखाने वाले के दिल पर मुहर लगा देता है।.
Ayah 36
وَقَالَ And said فِرْعَوْنُ Firaun, يَٰهَٰمَٰنُ "O Haman! ٱبْنِ Construct لِى for me صَرْحًا a tower لَّعَلِّىٓ that I may أَبْلُغُ reach ٱلْأَسْبَٰبَ the ways
English - And Pharaoh said, "O Haman, construct for me a tower that I might reach the ways – .
हिंदी - और फ़िरऔन ने कहा कि ऐ हामान मेरे लिए एक ऊँची इमारत बना ताकि मैं रास्तों पर पहँुचूं।.
Ayah 37
أَسْبَٰبَ (The) ways ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ (to) the heavens فَأَطَّلِعَ so I may look إِلَىٰٓ at إِلَٰهِ (the) God مُوسَىٰ (of) Musa; وَإِنِّى and indeed, I لَأَظُنُّهُۥ [I] surely think him كَٰذِبًا (to be) a liar." وَكَذَٰلِكَ And thus زُيِّنَ was made fair-seeming لِفِرْعَوْنَ to Firaun سُوٓءُ (the) evil عَمَلِهِۦ (of) his deed, وَصُدَّ and he was averted عَنِ from ٱلسَّبِيلِ the way. وَمَا And not كَيْدُ (was the) plot فِرْعَوْنَ (of) Firaun إِلَّا except فِى in تَبَابٍ ruin.
English - The ways into the heavens – so that I may look at the deity of Moses; but indeed, I think he is a liar." And thus was made attractive to Pharaoh the evil of his deed, and he was averted from the [right] way. And the plan of Pharaoh was not except in ruin. .
हिंदी - आसमान के रास्तों पर, ताकि मैं मूसा के पूज्य की तरफ़ झांक कर देखँू और मैं तो उसे झूठा समझता हँू और इसी तरह अच्छे कर दिए गए फ़िरऔन के लिए उसके बुरे काम और उसे रास्ते से रोक दिया गया और फ़िरऔन की चालबाज़्ाी नहीं हुई मगर नाकाम।.
Ayah 38
وَقَالَ And said ٱلَّذِىٓ the one who ءَامَنَ believed, يَٰقَوْمِ "O my people! ٱتَّبِعُونِ Follow me; أَهْدِكُمْ I will guide you سَبِيلَ (to the) way, ٱلرَّشَادِ the right.
English - And he who believed said, "O my people, follow me, I will guide you to the way of right conduct. .
हिंदी - और उसने कहा जो ईमान लाया कि ऐ मेरी क़ौम मेरे पीछे चलो, मैं तुम्हें भलाई का रास्ता दिखाऊँगा।.
Ayah 39
يَٰقَوْمِ O my people! إِنَّمَا Only هَٰذِهِ this, ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ the life ٱلدُّنْيَا (of) the world, مَتَٰعٌ (is) enjoyment, وَإِنَّ and indeed, ٱلْءَاخِرَةَ the Hereafter - هِىَ it دَارُ (is the) home, ٱلْقَرَارِ (of) settlement.
English - O my people, this worldly life is only [temporary] enjoyment, and indeed, the Hereafter – that is the home of [permanent] settlement. .
हिंदी - ऐ मेरी क़ौम यह दुनिया की जि़्ांदगी तो बस फ़ायदे की चीज़्ा है और बेशक आख़िरत ही रहने का घर है।.
Ayah 40
مَنْ Whoever عَمِلَ does سَيِّئَةً an evil فَلَا then not يُجْزَىٰٓ he will be recompensed إِلَّا but مِثْلَهَا (the) like thereof; وَمَنْ and whoever عَمِلَ does صَٰلِحًا righteous (deeds), مِّن of ذَكَرٍ male أَوْ or أُنثَىٰ female, وَهُوَ while he مُؤْمِنٌ (is) a believer, فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ then those يَدْخُلُونَ will enter ٱلْجَنَّةَ Paradise, يُرْزَقُونَ they will be given provision فِيهَا in it بِغَيْرِ without حِسَابٍ account.
English - Whoever does an evil deed will not be recompensed except by the like thereof; but whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer – those will enter Paradise, being given provision therein without account. .
हिंदी - जिस ने कोई बुराई की तो उसको वैसा ही बदला दिया जाएगा और जिस ने नेकी की मर्द या औरत में से, इस हाल में कि वह ईमान वाला भी हो तो वह जन्नत में दाख़िल होंगे, उस में उन्हें बे हिसाब दिया जाएगा।.
Ayah 41
وَيَٰقَوْمِ And O my people! مَا What (is) لِىٓ for me أَدْعُوكُمْ (that) I call you إِلَى to ٱلنَّجَوٰةِ the salvation وَتَدْعُونَنِىٓ while you call me إِلَى to ٱلنَّارِ the Fire!
English - And O my people, how is it that I invite you to salvation while you invite me to the Fire? .
हिंदी - और ऐ मेरी क़ौम मुझे क्या हुआ कि मैं तुम्हें निजात की तरफ़ बुलाता हँू और तुम मुझे आग की तरफ़ बुलाते हो।.
Ayah 42
تَدْعُونَنِى You call me لِأَكْفُرَ that I disbelieve بِٱللَّهِ in Allah وَأُشْرِكَ and (to) associate بِهِۦ with Him مَا what لَيْسَ not لِى for me بِهِۦ of it عِلْمٌ any knowledge, وَأَنَا۠ and I أَدْعُوكُمْ call you إِلَى to ٱلْعَزِيزِ the All-Mighty, ٱلْغَفَّٰرِ the Oft-Forgiving.
English - You invite me to disbelieve in Allah and associate with Him that of which I have no knowledge, and I invite you to the Exalted in Might, the Perpetual Forgiver. .
हिंदी - तुम मुझे बुलाते हो कि मैं अल्लाह का इंकार करूँ और मैं उसके साथ साझी ठहराऊँ, जिसकी मुझे कुछ भी जानकारी नहीं और मैं तुम्हें ज़्ाबरदस्त, माफ़ करने वाले की तरफ़ बुलाता हँू।.
Ayah 43
لَا No جَرَمَ doubt أَنَّمَا that what تَدْعُونَنِىٓ you call me إِلَيْهِ to it لَيْسَ not لَهُۥ for it دَعْوَةٌ a claim فِى in ٱلدُّنْيَا the world وَلَا and not فِى in ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ the Hereafter; وَأَنَّ and that مَرَدَّنَآ our return إِلَى (is) to ٱللَّهِ Allah, وَأَنَّ and that ٱلْمُسْرِفِينَ the transgressors - هُمْ they أَصْحَٰبُ (will be the) companions ٱلنَّارِ (of) the Fire.
English - Assuredly, that to which you invite me has no [response to a] supplication in this world or in the Hereafter; and indeed, our return is to Allah, and indeed, the transgressors will be companions of the Fire. .
हिंदी - कोई शक नहीं, तुम मुझे जिसकी तरफ़ बुलाते हो उसका बुलावा न दुनिया में है और न ही आख़िरत में और बेशक हमारा लौटना अल्लाह की तरफ़ है और बेशक हद से आगे बढ़ने वाले ही आग वाले हैं।.
Ayah 44
فَسَتَذْكُرُونَ And you will remember مَآ what أَقُولُ I say لَكُمْ to you, وَأُفَوِّضُ and I entrust أَمْرِىٓ my affair إِلَى to ٱللَّهِ Allah. إِنَّ Indeed, ٱللَّهَ Allah بَصِيرٌۢ (is) All-Seer بِٱلْعِبَادِ of (His) slaves."
English - And you will remember what I [now] say to you, and I entrust my affair to Allah. Indeed, Allah is Seeing of [His] servants." .
हिंदी - तो तुम याद करोगे जो मैं तुम से कह रहा हूँ और मैं अपना मामला अल्लाह के हवाले करता हूँ। बेशक अल्लाह बंदों पर निगाह रखने वाला है।.
Ayah 45
فَوَقَىٰهُ So Allah protected him ٱللَّهُ So Allah protected him سَيِّـَٔاتِ (from the) evils مَا that مَكَرُوا۟ they plotted, وَحَاقَ and enveloped بِـَٔالِ (the) people فِرْعَوْنَ (of) Firaun سُوٓءُ (the) worst ٱلْعَذَابِ punishment,
English - So Allah protected him from the evils they plotted, and the people of Pharaoh were enveloped by the worst of punishment – .
हिंदी - तो अल्लाह ने उसे बचा लिया उनकी चालबाज़्ाी की बुराइयों से और फ़िरऔन के लोगों को ही बुरे अज़्ााब ने घेर लिया।.
Ayah 46
ٱلنَّارُ The Fire; يُعْرَضُونَ they are exposed عَلَيْهَا to it غُدُوًّا morning وَعَشِيًّا and evening. وَيَوْمَ And (the) Day تَقُومُ (will be) established ٱلسَّاعَةُ the Hour, أَدْخِلُوٓا۟ "Cause to enter ءَالَ (the) people فِرْعَوْنَ (of) Firaun أَشَدَّ (in the) severest ٱلْعَذَابِ punishment."
English - The Fire, they are exposed to it morning and evening. And the Day the Hour appears [it will be said], "Make the people of Pharaoh enter the severest punishment." .
हिंदी - उनको आग के सामने लाया जाता है सुबह और शाम और जिस दिन क़यामत क़ायम होगी, (कहा जाएगा कि) फ़िरऔन के लोगों को सख़्त से सख़्त अज़्ााब में दाख़िल करो।.
Ayah 47
وَإِذْ And when يَتَحَآجُّونَ they will dispute فِى in ٱلنَّارِ the Fire, فَيَقُولُ then will say ٱلضُّعَفَٰٓؤُا۟ the weak لِلَّذِينَ to those who ٱسْتَكْبَرُوٓا۟ were arrogant, إِنَّا "Indeed, we كُنَّا [we] were لَكُمْ for you تَبَعًا followers, فَهَلْ so can أَنتُم you مُّغْنُونَ avert عَنَّا from us نَصِيبًا a portion مِّنَ of ٱلنَّارِ the Fire?"
English - And [mention] when they will argue within the Fire, and the weak will say to those who had been arrogant, "Indeed, we were [only] your followers, so will you relieve us of a share of the Fire?" .
हिंदी - और जब वह आग के सिलसिले में झगड़ेंगे तो कमज़्ाोर लोग उन से कहेंगे जिन्होंने घमंड किया कि बेशक हम तुम्हारे पीछे चलने वाले थे, तो क्या तुम हम से आग का कुछ हिस्सा दूर कर दोगे?.
Ayah 48
قَالَ Will say ٱلَّذِينَ those who ٱسْتَكْبَرُوٓا۟ (were) arrogant, إِنَّا "Indeed, we كُلٌّ all فِيهَآ (are) in it. إِنَّ Indeed, ٱللَّهَ Allah قَدْ certainly حَكَمَ has judged بَيْنَ between ٱلْعِبَادِ (His) slaves"
English - Those who had been arrogant will say, "Indeed, all [of us] are in it. Indeed, Allah has judged between the servants." .
हिंदी - घमंड करने वाले कहेंगे, बेशक हम सब इस में हैं। बेशक अल्लाह बंदों के बीच फ़ैसला कर चुका है।.
Ayah 49
وَقَالَ And will say ٱلَّذِينَ those فِى in ٱلنَّارِ the Fire لِخَزَنَةِ to (the) keepers جَهَنَّمَ (of) Hell, ٱدْعُوا۟ "Call رَبَّكُمْ your Lord يُخَفِّفْ (to) lighten عَنَّا for us يَوْمًا a day مِّنَ of ٱلْعَذَابِ the punishment."
English - And those in the Fire will say to the keepers of Hell, "Supplicate your Lord to lighten for us a day from the punishment." .
हिंदी - और जो आग मेें होंगे वह जहन्नम के दरबानों से कहेंगे कि अपने रब से दुआ करो कि हम से किसी दिन तो अज़्ााब कम कर दे।.
Ayah 50
قَالُوٓا۟ They (will) say, أَوَلَمْ "Did there not تَكُ "Did there not تَأْتِيكُمْ come to you رُسُلُكُم your Messengers بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ with clear proofs?" قَالُوا۟ They (will) say, بَلَىٰ "Yes." قَالُوا۟ They (will) say, فَٱدْعُوا۟ "Then call, وَمَا but not دُعَٰٓؤُا۟ (is the) call ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ (of) the disbelievers إِلَّا except فِى in ضَلَٰلٍ error."
English - They will say, "Did there not come to you your messengers with clear proofs?" They will say, "Yes." They will reply, "Then supplicate [yourselves], but the supplication of the disbelievers is not except in error." .
हिंदी - वह कहेंगे क्या तुम्हारे पास तुम्हारे रसूल खुली दलीलें लेकर नहीं आते थे। वह कहेंगे हाँ क्यों नहीं। वह कहेंगे कि दुआ करो और काफ़िरों की दुआ नहीं है मगर बेकार।.
Ayah 51
إِنَّا Indeed We, لَنَنصُرُ We will surely help رُسُلَنَا Our Messengers وَٱلَّذِينَ and those who ءَامَنُوا۟ believe فِى in ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ the life ٱلدُّنْيَا (of) the world وَيَوْمَ and (on the) Day يَقُومُ (when) will stand ٱلْأَشْهَٰدُ the witnesses,
English - Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand – .
हिंदी - बेशक हम अपने रसूलों की मदद करते हैं और जो ईमान लाए दुनिया की जि़्ांदगी में और जिस दिन गवाह खड़े होंगे।.
Ayah 52
يَوْمَ (The) Day لَا not يَنفَعُ will benefit ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ the wrongdoers مَعْذِرَتُهُمْ their excuse, وَلَهُمُ and for them ٱللَّعْنَةُ (is) the curse وَلَهُمْ and for them سُوٓءُ (is the) worst ٱلدَّارِ home.
English - The Day their excuse will not benefit the wrongdoers, and they will have the curse, and they will have the worst home. .
हिंदी - जिस दिन ज़्ाालिमों को उनकी माफ़ी फ़ायदा नहीं देगी और उनके लिए लानत होगी और उनके लिए बुरा घर होगा।.
Ayah 53
وَلَقَدْ And certainly, ءَاتَيْنَا We gave مُوسَى Musa ٱلْهُدَىٰ the guidance وَأَوْرَثْنَا and We caused to inherit بَنِىٓ (the) Children of Israel إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ (the) Children of Israel ٱلْكِتَٰبَ the Book,
English - And We had certainly given Moses guidance, and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit the Scripture .
हिंदी - और यक़ीनन हम ने मूसा को हिदायत दी और हम ने इसराईल की औलाद को किताब का वारिस बनाया।.
Ayah 54
هُدًى A guide وَذِكْرَىٰ and a reminder لِأُو۟لِى for those ٱلْأَلْبَٰبِ (of) understanding.
English - As guidance and a reminder for those of understanding. .
हिंदी - हिदायत है और नसीहत है समझ वालों के लिए।.
Ayah 55
فَٱصْبِرْ So be patient; إِنَّ indeed, وَعْدَ (the) Promise of Allah ٱللَّهِ (the) Promise of Allah حَقٌّ (is) true. وَٱسْتَغْفِرْ And ask forgiveness لِذَنۢبِكَ for your sin وَسَبِّحْ and glorify بِحَمْدِ (the) praise رَبِّكَ (of) your Lord بِٱلْعَشِىِّ in the evening وَٱلْإِبْكَٰرِ and the morning.
English - So be patient, [O Muhammad]. Indeed, the promise of Allah is truth. And ask forgiveness for your sin and exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord in the evening and the morning. .
हिंदी - तो सब्र करो, बेशक अल्लाह का वादा सच्चा है और अपने गुनाह की माफ़ी मांगो और सुबह और शाम अपने रब की तारीफ़ के साथ महिमा करो।.
Ayah 56
إِنَّ Indeed, ٱلَّذِينَ those who يُجَٰدِلُونَ dispute فِىٓ concerning ءَايَٰتِ (the) Signs ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah بِغَيْرِ without سُلْطَٰنٍ any authority أَتَىٰهُمْ (which) came to them, إِن not فِى (is) in صُدُورِهِمْ their breasts إِلَّا but كِبْرٌ greatness, مَّا not هُم they بِبَٰلِغِيهِ (can) reach it. فَٱسْتَعِذْ So seek refuge بِٱللَّهِ in Allah. إِنَّهُۥ Indeed He, هُوَ He ٱلسَّمِيعُ (is) the All-Hearer ٱلْبَصِيرُ the All-Seer.
English - Indeed, those who dispute concerning the signs of Allah without [any] authority having come to them – there is not within their breasts except pride, [the extent of] which they cannot reach. So seek refuge in Allah. Indeed, it is He who is the Hearing, the Seeing. .
हिंदी - बेशक जो लोग अल्लाह की निशानियों में बिना किसी दलील के झगड़ते हैं जो उनके पास आई हो। उनके दिल में नहीं है मगर घमंड, उस तक वह पहँुचने वाले नहीं हैं, तो अल्लाह की पनाह चाहो। बेशक वही सुनने वाला, देखने वाला है।.
Ayah 57
لَخَلْقُ Surely, (the) creation ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ (of) the heavens وَٱلْأَرْضِ and the earth أَكْبَرُ (is) greater مِنْ than خَلْقِ (the) creation ٱلنَّاسِ (of) the mankind, وَلَٰكِنَّ but أَكْثَرَ most ٱلنَّاسِ (of) the people لَا (do) not يَعْلَمُونَ know.
English - The creation of the heavens and earth is greater than the creation of mankind, but most of the people do not know. .
हिंदी - आसमानों और ज़्ामीन का पैदा करना ज़्यादा बड़ा है लोगों के पैदा करने से, लेकिन बहुत से लोग जानते नहीं।.
Ayah 58
وَمَا And not يَسْتَوِى (are) equal ٱلْأَعْمَىٰ the blind وَٱلْبَصِيرُ and the seeing وَٱلَّذِينَ and those who ءَامَنُوا۟ believe وَعَمِلُوا۟ and do ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ righteous deeds وَلَا and not ٱلْمُسِىٓءُ the evildoer. قَلِيلًا Little مَّا (is) what تَتَذَكَّرُونَ you take heed.
English - And not equal are the blind and the seeing, nor are those who believe and do righteous deeds and the evildoer. Little do you remember. .
हिंदी - अंधा और देखने वाला बराबर नहीं और जो ईमान लाए और जिन्होंने नेक काम किए और ना ही बुराई करने वाला। तुम बहुत कम समझ रखते हो।.
Ayah 59
إِنَّ Indeed, ٱلسَّاعَةَ the Hour لَءَاتِيَةٌ (is) surely coming, لَّا no رَيْبَ doubt فِيهَا in it, وَلَٰكِنَّ but أَكْثَرَ most ٱلنَّاسِ (of) the people لَا (do) not يُؤْمِنُونَ believe.
English - Indeed, the Hour is coming – no doubt about it – but most of the people do not believe. .
हिंदी - बेशक क़यामत आने ही वाली है, इम में कोई शक नहीं। लेकिन बहुत से लोग यक़ीन नहीं रखते।.
Ayah 60
وَقَالَ And said رَبُّكُمُ your Lord, ٱدْعُونِىٓ "Call upon Me; أَسْتَجِبْ I will respond لَكُمْ to you. إِنَّ Indeed, ٱلَّذِينَ those who يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ (are) proud عَنْ to عِبَادَتِى worship Me سَيَدْخُلُونَ will enter جَهَنَّمَ Hell دَاخِرِينَ (in) humiliation."
English - And your Lord says, "Call upon Me; I will respond to you." Indeed, those who disdain My worship will enter Hell [rendered] contemptible. .
हिंदी - और तुम्हारे रब ने कहा कि मुझे पुकारो मैं तुम्हारी दुआ क़ुबूल करूँगा। बेशक जो लोग मेरी इबादत से घमंड करते हैं वह जल्द ही जहन्नम में ज़्ालील होते हुए दाख़िल होंगे।.
Ayah 61
ٱللَّهُ Allah ٱلَّذِى (is) the One Who جَعَلَ made لَكُمُ for you ٱلَّيْلَ the night لِتَسْكُنُوا۟ that you may rest فِيهِ in it, وَٱلنَّهَارَ and the day مُبْصِرًا giving visibility. إِنَّ Indeed, ٱللَّهَ Allah لَذُو (is) Full (of) Bounty فَضْلٍ (is) Full (of) Bounty عَلَى to ٱلنَّاسِ the people, وَلَٰكِنَّ but أَكْثَرَ most ٱلنَّاسِ (of) the people لَا (do) not يَشْكُرُونَ give thanks.
English - It is Allah who made for you the night that you may rest therein and the day giving sight. Indeed, Allah is full of bounty to the people, but most of the people are not grateful. .
हिंदी - अल्लाह ही है वह जिस ने तुम्हारे लिए रात बनाई ताकि तुम उस में आराम करो और दिन को रौशन बनाया। बेशक अल्लाह लोगों पर एहसान करने वाला है, लेकिन बहुत से लोग शुक्र नहीं करते।.
Ayah 62
ذَٰلِكُمُ That ٱللَّهُ (is) Allah رَبُّكُمْ your Lord, خَٰلِقُ (the) Creator كُلِّ (of) all شَىْءٍ things, لَّآ (there is) no إِلَٰهَ god إِلَّا except هُوَ Him. فَأَنَّىٰ So how تُؤْفَكُونَ are you deluded?
English - That is Allah, your Lord, Creator of all things; there is no deity except Him, so how are you deluded? .
हिंदी - यही अल्लाह तुम्हारा रब है, हर चीज़्ा का पैदा करने वाला है। उसके सिवा कोई पूज्य नहीं। फिर कहाँ तुम भटकाए जा रहे हो।.
Ayah 63
كَذَٰلِكَ Thus يُؤْفَكُ were deluded ٱلَّذِينَ those who كَانُوا۟ were - بِـَٔايَٰتِ (the) Signs ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah, يَجْحَدُونَ rejecting.
English - Thus were those [before you] deluded who were rejecting the signs of Allah. .
हिंदी - इसी तरह वह भटकाए जाते रहे हैं जो अल्लाह की निशानियों का इंकार करते थे।.
Ayah 64
ٱللَّهُ Allah ٱلَّذِى (is) the One Who جَعَلَ made لَكُمُ for you ٱلْأَرْضَ the earth قَرَارًا a place of settlement وَٱلسَّمَآءَ and the sky بِنَآءً a canopy وَصَوَّرَكُمْ and He formed you فَأَحْسَنَ and perfected صُوَرَكُمْ your forms, وَرَزَقَكُم and provided you مِّنَ of ٱلطَّيِّبَٰتِ the good things. ذَٰلِكُمُ That ٱللَّهُ (is) Allah, رَبُّكُمْ your Lord. فَتَبَارَكَ Then blessed (is) ٱللَّهُ Allah, رَبُّ (the) Lord ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ (of) the worlds.
English - It is Allah who made for you the earth a place of settlement and the sky a ceiling and formed you and perfected your forms and provided you with good things. That is Allah, your Lord; then blessed is Allah, Lord of the worlds. .
हिंदी - अल्लाह ही है जिस ने तुम्हारे लिए ज़्ामीन को ठहरने की जगह और आसमान को छत बनाया और उस ने तुम्हारी सूरतें बनायीं तो उसने तुम्हारी सूरतें अच्छी बनायीं और तुम्हें पाकीज़्ाा चीज़्ाों में से दिया। वही अल्लाह तुम्हारा रब है, तो सारी दुनिया का पालनहार अल्लाह बरकत वाला है।.
Ayah 65
هُوَ He ٱلْحَىُّ (is) the Ever-Living; لَآ (there is) no إِلَٰهَ god إِلَّا but هُوَ He, فَٱدْعُوهُ so call Him, مُخْلِصِينَ (being) sincere لَهُ to Him ٱلدِّينَ (in) the religion. ٱلْحَمْدُ All praise (be) لِلَّهِ to Allah, رَبِّ (the) Lord ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ (of) the worlds.
English - He is the Ever-Living; there is no deity except Him, so call upon Him, [being] sincere to Him in religion. [All] praise is [due] to Allah, Lord of the worlds. .
हिंदी - वह जि़्ांदा है। उसके सिवा कोई पूज्य नहीं, तो उसे पुकारो उसके धर्म में मिलावट किए बिना। सारी तारीफ़ें अल्लाह के लिए हैं जो सारी दुनिया का पालने वाला है।.
Ayah 66
قُلْ Say, إِنِّى "Indeed, I نُهِيتُ [I] have been forbidden أَنْ to أَعْبُدَ worship ٱلَّذِينَ those whom تَدْعُونَ you call مِن besides دُونِ besides ٱللَّهِ Allah لَمَّا when جَآءَنِىَ have come to me ٱلْبَيِّنَٰتُ the clear proofs مِن from رَّبِّى my Lord, وَأُمِرْتُ and I am commanded أَنْ to أُسْلِمَ submit لِرَبِّ to (the) Lord ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ (of) the worlds.
English - Say, [O Muhammad], "Indeed, I have been forbidden to worship those you call upon besides Allah once the clear proofs have come to me from my Lord, and I have been commanded to submit to the Lord of the worlds.” .
हिंदी - कहो, बेशक मुझे मना किया गया है कि मैं उनकी पूजा करूँ जिनको तुम अल्लाह के सिवा पुकारते हो, जबकि मेरे पास मेरे रब की तरफ़ से खुली दलीलें आ चुकीं और मुझे हुक्म दिया गया है कि मैं सारी दुनिया के पालने वाले के सामने झुक जाऊँ।.
Ayah 67
هُوَ He ٱلَّذِى (is) the One Who خَلَقَكُم created you مِّن from تُرَابٍ dust, ثُمَّ then مِن from نُّطْفَةٍ a semen-drop, ثُمَّ then مِنْ from عَلَقَةٍ a clinging substance, ثُمَّ then يُخْرِجُكُمْ He brings you out طِفْلًا (as) a child; ثُمَّ then لِتَبْلُغُوٓا۟ lets you reach أَشُدَّكُمْ your maturity, ثُمَّ then لِتَكُونُوا۟ lets you become شُيُوخًا old - وَمِنكُم and among you مَّن (is he) who يُتَوَفَّىٰ dies مِن before - قَبْلُ before - وَلِتَبْلُغُوٓا۟ and lets you reach أَجَلًا a term مُّسَمًّى specified, وَلَعَلَّكُمْ and that you may تَعْقِلُونَ use reason.
English - It is He who created you from dust, then from a sperm-drop, then from a clinging clot; then He brings you out as a child; then [He develops you] that you reach your [time of] maturity, then [further] that you become elders. And among you is he who is taken in death before [that], so that you reach a specified term; and perhaps you will use reason. .
हिंदी - उसी ने तुम्हें मिट्टी से पैदा किया, फिर बूंद से, फिर लोथड़े से, फिर तुम्हें बच्चा बना कर निकालता है ताकि तुम अपने ज़्ाोर तक पहुँच जाओ, फिर ताकि तुम बूढ़े हो जाओ और कुछ तुम में से इस से पहले मर जाते हैं और ताकि तुम तय वक़्त को पहुंच जाओ और शायद कि तुम समझो।.
Ayah 68
هُوَ He ٱلَّذِى (is) the One Who يُحْىِۦ gives life وَيُمِيتُ and causes death. فَإِذَا And when قَضَىٰٓ He decrees أَمْرًا a matter, فَإِنَّمَا then only يَقُولُ He says لَهُۥ to it, كُن "Be," فَيَكُونُ and it is.
English - He it is who gives life and causes death; and when He decrees a matter, He but says to it, "Be," and it is. .
हिंदी - वही जिलाता है और मारता है, तो जब वह किसी मामले का फ़ैसला करता है तो वह सिर्फ़ उस से कहता है कि हो जा, तो वह हो जाता है।.
Ayah 69
أَلَمْ Do not تَرَ you see إِلَى [to] ٱلَّذِينَ those who يُجَٰدِلُونَ dispute فِىٓ concerning ءَايَٰتِ (the) Signs ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah? أَنَّىٰ How يُصْرَفُونَ they are turned away?
English - Do you not consider those who dispute concerning the signs of Allah – how are they averted? .
हिंदी - क्या तुम ने नहीं देखा उनकी तरफ़ जो अल्लाह की निशानियों में झगड़ते हैं, वह कहाँ फेरे जा रहे हैं?.
Ayah 70
ٱلَّذِينَ Those who كَذَّبُوا۟ deny بِٱلْكِتَٰبِ the Book وَبِمَآ and with what أَرْسَلْنَا We sent بِهِۦ with it رُسُلَنَا Our Messengers; فَسَوْفَ but soon يَعْلَمُونَ they will know.
English - Those who deny the Book and that with which We sent Our messengers – they are going to know, .
हिंदी - जिन्होंने किताब को झुठलाया और जो कुछ हम ने अपने रसूलों पर भेजा। तो वह जल्द ही जान लेंगे।.
Ayah 71
إِذِ When ٱلْأَغْلَٰلُ the iron collars فِىٓ (will be) around أَعْنَٰقِهِمْ their necks وَٱلسَّلَٰسِلُ and the chains, يُسْحَبُونَ they will be dragged,
English - When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged .
हिंदी - जब उनकी गरदनों में पट्टे और ज़्ांजीरें होंगी। उन्हें घसीटा जाएगा,.
Ayah 72
فِى In ٱلْحَمِيمِ the boiling water; ثُمَّ then فِى in ٱلنَّارِ the Fire يُسْجَرُونَ they will be burned.
English - In boiling water; then in the Fire they will be filled [with flame]. .
हिंदी - खौलते हुए पानी में, फिर आग में झोंक दिए जाएंगे।.
Ayah 73
ثُمَّ Then قِيلَ it will be said لَهُمْ to them, أَيْنَ "Where مَا (is) that which كُنتُمْ you used to تُشْرِكُونَ associate
English - Then it will be said to them, "Where is that which you used to associate [with Him in worship] .
हिंदी - फ़िर उनसे कहा जाएगा कि कहाँ हैं वह जिन को तुम साझी ठहराते थे,.
Ayah 74
مِن Other than دُونِ Other than ٱللَّهِ Allah?" قَالُوا۟ They will say, ضَلُّوا۟ "They have departed عَنَّا from us. بَل Nay! لَّمْ Not نَكُن we used to نَّدْعُوا۟ [we] call مِن before قَبْلُ before شَيْـًٔا anything." كَذَٰلِكَ Thus يُضِلُّ Allah lets go astray ٱللَّهُ Allah lets go astray ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ the disbelievers.
English - Other than Allah?" They will say, "They have departed from us; rather, we did not used to invoke previously anything." Thus does Allah put astray the disbelievers. .
हिंदी - अल्लाह के सिवा, वह कहेंगे कि वह हम से ग़ायब हो गए, बल्कि हम इस से पहले किसी चीज़्ा को नहीं पुकारते थे। इसी तरह अल्लाह इंकार करने वालों को गुमराह करता है।.
Ayah 75
ذَٰلِكُم "That was بِمَا because كُنتُمْ you used to تَفْرَحُونَ rejoice فِى in ٱلْأَرْضِ the earth بِغَيْرِ without ٱلْحَقِّ right وَبِمَا and because كُنتُمْ you used to تَمْرَحُونَ be insolent.
English - [The angels will say], "That was because you used to exult upon the earth without right and you used to behave insolently. .
हिंदी - यह इस लिए कि तुम ज़्ामीन में नाहक़ ख़ुश हुआ करते थे और इस लिए कि तुम इतराते थे।.
Ayah 76
ٱدْخُلُوٓا۟ Enter أَبْوَٰبَ (the) gates جَهَنَّمَ (of) Hell خَٰلِدِينَ (to) abide forever فِيهَا in it, فَبِئْسَ and wretched is مَثْوَى (the) abode ٱلْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ (of) the arrogant."
English - Enter the gates of Hell to abide eternally therein, and wretched is the residence of the arrogant." .
हिंदी - घुस जाओ जहन्नम के दरवाज़्ाों में, उस में हमेशा रहने के लिए, तो क्या ही बुरा ठिकाना है घमंड करने वालों का।.
Ayah 77
فَٱصْبِرْ So be patient; إِنَّ indeed, وَعْدَ (the) Promise ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah حَقٌّ (is) true. فَإِمَّا And whether نُرِيَنَّكَ We show you بَعْضَ some ٱلَّذِى (of) what نَعِدُهُمْ We have promised them أَوْ or نَتَوَفَّيَنَّكَ We cause you to die, فَإِلَيْنَا then to Us يُرْجَعُونَ they will be returned.
English - So be patient, [O Muhammad]; indeed, the promise of Allah is truth. And whether We show you some of what We have promised them or We take you in death, it is to Us they will be returned. .
हिंदी - तो सब्र करो। बेशक अल्लाह का वादा सच्चा है। तो जिसका हम उनसे वादा करते हैं उसका कुछ हिस्सा या तो हम तुम्हें दिखा देंगे या हम तुम्हें मौत दे दंेगेेेे, फिर यह हमारी ही तरफ़ लौटाए जाएंगे।.
Ayah 78
وَلَقَدْ And certainly أَرْسَلْنَا We have sent رُسُلًا Messengers مِّن before you. قَبْلِكَ before you. مِنْهُم Among them مَّن (are) who - قَصَصْنَا We have related عَلَيْكَ to you, وَمِنْهُم and among them مَّن (are) who - لَّمْ not نَقْصُصْ We have related عَلَيْكَ to you. وَمَا And not كَانَ is لِرَسُولٍ for any Messenger أَن that يَأْتِىَ he brings بِـَٔايَةٍ a Sign إِلَّا except بِإِذْنِ by (the) permission ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah. فَإِذَا So when جَآءَ comes أَمْرُ (the) Command ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah, قُضِىَ it will be decided بِٱلْحَقِّ in truth, وَخَسِرَ and will lose هُنَالِكَ there ٱلْمُبْطِلُونَ the falsifiers.
English - And We have already sent messengers before you. Among them are those [whose stories] We have related to you, and among them are those [whose stories] We have not related to you. And it was not for any messenger to bring a sign [or verse] except by permission of Allah. So when the command of Allah comes, it will be concluded in truth, and the falsifiers will thereupon lose [all]. .
हिंदी - और यक़ीनन हम ने तुम से पहले कई रसूल भेजे। उन में से कुछ के बारे में हम ने तुम्हें बता दिया और उन में से कुछ के बारे में हम ने तुम्हें नहीं बताया और किसी रसूल के लिए नहीं है कि वह कोई निशानी लेकर आए मगर अल्लाह की इजाज़्ात से, तो जब अल्लाह का हुक्म आ जाएगा तो इंसाफ़ के साथ फ़ैसला कर दिया जाएगा और वहाँ झूठे घाटा उठाएंगे।.
Ayah 79
ٱللَّهُ Allah ٱلَّذِى (is) the One Who جَعَلَ made لَكُمُ for you ٱلْأَنْعَٰمَ the cattle, لِتَرْكَبُوا۟ that you may ride مِنْهَا some of them وَمِنْهَا and some of them تَأْكُلُونَ you eat.
English - It is Allah who made for you the grazing animals upon which you ride, and some of them you eat. .
हिंदी - अल्लाह ही है जिसने तुम्हारे लिए जानवरों को बनाया ताकि तुम उन में से कुछ पर सवार हो और उन ही में से कुछ को तुम खाते हो।.
Ayah 80
وَلَكُمْ And for you فِيهَا in them مَنَٰفِعُ (are) benefits وَلِتَبْلُغُوا۟ and that you may reach عَلَيْهَا through them حَاجَةً a need فِى (that is) in صُدُورِكُمْ your breasts; وَعَلَيْهَا and upon them وَعَلَى and upon ٱلْفُلْكِ the ships تُحْمَلُونَ you are carried.
English - And for you therein are [other] benefits and that you may realize upon them a need which is in your breasts; and upon them and upon ships you are carried. .
हिंदी - और तुम्हारे लिए उन में फ़ायदे हैं और ताकि तुम उस से अपनी ज़्ारूरत को पहुँचो जो तुम्हारे सीनों में है और उन पर और नाव पर तुम सवार किए जाते हो।.
Ayah 81
وَيُرِيكُمْ And He shows you ءَايَٰتِهِۦ His Signs. فَأَىَّ Then which ءَايَٰتِ (of the) Signs ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah تُنكِرُونَ will you deny?
English - And He shows you His signs. So which of the signs of Allah do you deny? .
हिंदी - और वह तुम्हें अपनी निशानियाँ दिखाता है तो तुम अल्लाह की किन किन निशानियों का इंकार करोगे?.
Ayah 82
أَفَلَمْ Do they not يَسِيرُوا۟ travel فِى through ٱلْأَرْضِ the land فَيَنظُرُوا۟ and see كَيْفَ how كَانَ was عَٰقِبَةُ (the) end ٱلَّذِينَ (of) those who مِن (were) before them? قَبْلِهِمْ (were) before them? كَانُوٓا۟ They were أَكْثَرَ more numerous مِنْهُمْ than them وَأَشَدَّ and mightier قُوَّةً (in) strength وَءَاثَارًا and impressions فِى in ٱلْأَرْضِ the land, فَمَآ but not أَغْنَىٰ availed عَنْهُم them مَّا what كَانُوا۟ they used to يَكْسِبُونَ earn.
English - Have they not traveled through the land and observed how was the end of those before them? They were more numerous than themselves and greater in strength and in impression on the land, but they were not availed by what they used to earn. .
हिंदी - तो क्या वह ज़्ामीन में चले फिरे नहीं? तो वह देखते कि उनका क्या अंजाम हुआ जो उन से पहले थे। वह उनसे ज़्यादा और सख़्त ताक़त वाले थे और ज़्ामीन में निशानियों को लेकर भी। तो उनके कुछ काम नहीं आया जो वह किया करते थे।.
Ayah 83
فَلَمَّا Then when جَآءَتْهُمْ came to them رُسُلُهُم their Messengers بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ with clear proofs فَرِحُوا۟ they rejoiced بِمَا in what عِندَهُم they had مِّنَ of ٱلْعِلْمِ the knowledge, وَحَاقَ and enveloped بِهِم them مَّا what كَانُوا۟ they used to بِهِۦ [at it] يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ mock.
English - And when their messengers came to them with clear proofs, they [merely] rejoiced in what they had of knowledge, but they were enveloped by what they used to ridicule. .
हिंदी - तो जब उनके पास उनके रसूल खुली निशानियाँ लेकर आए तो जो इल्म उनके पास था उस पर ख़ुश होने लगे और उन्हें घेर लिया उस ने जिसका वह मज़्ााक़ उड़ाया करते थे।.
Ayah 84
فَلَمَّا So when رَأَوْا۟ they saw بَأْسَنَا Our punishment قَالُوٓا۟ they said, ءَامَنَّا "We believe بِٱللَّهِ in Allah وَحْدَهُۥ Alone وَكَفَرْنَا and we disbelieve بِمَا in what كُنَّا we used to بِهِۦ with Him مُشْرِكِينَ associate."
English - And when they saw Our punishment, they said," We believe in Allah alone and disbelieve in that which we used to associate with Him." .
हिंदी - फिर जब उन्होंने हमारा अज़्ााब देखा तो कहने लगे कि हम अकेले अल्लाह पर ईमान लाए और हम ने उनका इंकार किया जिन्हें हम उसके साथ साझी ठहराते थे।.
Ayah 85
فَلَمْ But did not يَكُ But did not يَنفَعُهُمْ benefit them إِيمَٰنُهُمْ their faith لَمَّا when رَأَوْا۟ they saw بَأْسَنَا Our punishment. سُنَّتَ (Such is the) Way ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah ٱلَّتِى which قَدْ (has) indeed خَلَتْ preceded فِى among عِبَادِهِۦ His slaves. وَخَسِرَ And are lost هُنَالِكَ there ٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ the disbelievers.
English - But never did their faith benefit them once they saw Our punishment. [It is] the established way of Allah which has preceded among His servants. And the disbelievers thereupon lost [all]. .
हिंदी - तो उनके ईमान ने उन्हें फ़ायदा नहीं दिया, जब वह हमारा अज़्ााब देख चुके। यह अल्लाह का तरीक़ा रहा है उसके बंदों के बारे में और वहाँ इंकार करने वाले घाटे में रह गए।.
