يسٓ Ya Seen.

हिंदी - यासीन.
Ayah 2
وَٱلْقُرْءَانِ By the Quran ٱلْحَكِيمِ the Wise.
English - By the wise Qur’an. .
हिंदी - हिक्मत वाले क़ुरआन की क़सम।.
Ayah 3
إِنَّكَ Indeed, you لَمِنَ (are) among ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ the Messengers,
English - Indeed you, [O Muhammad], are from among the messengers, .
हिंदी - बेशक तुम भेजे हुओं में से हो,.
Ayah 4
عَلَىٰ On صِرَٰطٍ a Path مُّسْتَقِيمٍ Straight.
English - On a straight path. .
हिंदी - एक सीधे रास्ते पर।.
Ayah 5
تَنزِيلَ A revelation ٱلْعَزِيزِ (of) the All-Mighty, ٱلرَّحِيمِ the Most Merciful,
English - [This is] a revelation of the Exalted in Might, the Merciful, .
हिंदी - बहुत रहम करने वाले, बड़ी इज़्ज़्ात वाले का उतारा हुआ है,.
Ayah 6
لِتُنذِرَ That you may warn قَوْمًا a people مَّآ not أُنذِرَ were warned ءَابَآؤُهُمْ their forefathers, فَهُمْ so they غَٰفِلُونَ (are) heedless.
English - That you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are unaware. .
हिंदी - ताकि तुम ऐसे लोगों को सावधान करो जिनके बाप दादा को आगाह नहीं किया गया, तो वह बेख़बर हैं।.
Ayah 7
لَقَدْ Certainly, حَقَّ (has) proved true ٱلْقَوْلُ the word عَلَىٰٓ upon أَكْثَرِهِمْ most of them فَهُمْ so they لَا (do) not يُؤْمِنُونَ believe.
English - Already the word has come into effect upon most of them, so they do not believe. .
हिंदी - यक़ीनन उन में से अक्सर पर बात साबित हो चुकी है, तो वह ईमान नहीं लाएंगे।.
Ayah 8
إِنَّا Indeed, We جَعَلْنَا [We] have placed فِىٓ on أَعْنَٰقِهِمْ their necks أَغْلَٰلًا iron collars, فَهِىَ and they إِلَى (are up) to ٱلْأَذْقَانِ the chins, فَهُم so they مُّقْمَحُونَ (are with) heads raised up.
English - Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft. .
हिंदी - बेशक हम ने उनकी गर्दनों में ज़्ांज़्ाीरें़ डाल दी हैं तो वह ठोड़ियों तक हैं, इसी लिए वह सर उठाए हुए हैं।.
Ayah 9
وَجَعَلْنَا And We have made مِنۢ before them بَيْنِ before them أَيْدِيهِمْ before them سَدًّا a barrier وَمِنْ and behind them خَلْفِهِمْ and behind them سَدًّا a barrier. فَأَغْشَيْنَٰهُمْ and We covered them, فَهُمْ so they لَا (do) not يُبْصِرُونَ see.
English - And We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier and covered them, so they do not see. .
हिंदी - और हमने एक आड़ उनके आगे बना दी है और एक आड़ उनके पीछे, फिर हम ने उन्हें ढ़ांप दिया तो वह देख नहीं पाते।.
Ayah 10
وَسَوَآءٌ And it (is) same عَلَيْهِمْ to them ءَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ whether you warn them أَمْ or لَمْ (do) not تُنذِرْهُمْ warn them, لَا not يُؤْمِنُونَ they will believe.
English - And it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them – they will not believe. .
हिंदी - और उनके लिए बराबर है तुम उन्हें ख़बरदार करो या ना करो, वह ईमान नहीं लाएंगे।.
Ayah 11
إِنَّمَا Only تُنذِرُ you (can) warn مَنِ (him) who ٱتَّبَعَ follows ٱلذِّكْرَ the Reminder وَخَشِىَ and fears ٱلرَّحْمَٰنَ the Most Gracious بِٱلْغَيْبِ in the unseen. فَبَشِّرْهُ So give him glad tidings بِمَغْفِرَةٍ of forgiveness وَأَجْرٍ and a reward كَرِيمٍ noble.
English - You can only warn one who follows the message and fears the Most Merciful unseen. So give him good tidings of forgiveness and noble reward. .
हिंदी - तुम तो बस उसे ख़बरदार कर सकते हो जो नसीहत (क़ुरआन) का पालन करे और रहमान से डरे, बिन देखे। तो उसे ख़ुशख़बरी दे दो माफ़ी की और इज़्ज़्ात वाले बदले की।.
Ayah 12
إِنَّا Indeed, We نَحْنُ [We] نُحْىِ [We] give life ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ (to) the dead وَنَكْتُبُ and We record مَا what قَدَّمُوا۟ they have sent before وَءَاثَٰرَهُمْ and their footprints, وَكُلَّ and every شَىْءٍ thing أَحْصَيْنَٰهُ We have enumerated it فِىٓ in إِمَامٍ a Register مُّبِينٍ clear.
English - Indeed, it is We who bring the dead to life and record what they have put forth and what they left behind, and all things We have enumerated in a clear register. .
हिंदी - बेशक हम ही मुर्दों को जि़्ांदा करते हैैं और लिखते हैं जो उन्होंने आगे भेजा और उनके निशान, और हर चीज़्ा हमने गिन ली एक खुली किताब में।.
Ayah 13
وَٱضْرِبْ And set forth لَهُم to them مَّثَلًا an example أَصْحَٰبَ (of the) companions ٱلْقَرْيَةِ (of) the city, إِذْ when جَآءَهَا came to it ٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ the Messengers,
English - And present to them an example: the people of the city, when the messengers came to it – .
हिंदी - और उनके लिए एक मिसाल दो बस्ती वालों की, जब उनके पास रसूल आए।.
Ayah 14
إِذْ When أَرْسَلْنَآ We sent إِلَيْهِمُ to them ٱثْنَيْنِ two (Messengers) فَكَذَّبُوهُمَا but they denied both of them, فَعَزَّزْنَا so We strengthened them بِثَالِثٍ with a third, فَقَالُوٓا۟ and they said, إِنَّآ "Indeed, We إِلَيْكُم to you مُّرْسَلُونَ (are) Messengers."
English - When We sent to them two but they denied them, so We strengthened them with a third, and they said, "Indeed, we are messengers to you." .
हिंदी - जब हमने उन की तरफ़ दो (रसूलों) को भेजा तो उन्होंने दोनोें को झुठला दिया, तब हमने तीसरे से मज़्ाबूत किया फिर उन्होंने कहा, बेशक हम तुम्हारी तरफ़ भेजे गए हैं।.
Ayah 15
قَالُوا۟ They said, مَآ "Not أَنتُمْ you إِلَّا (are) but بَشَرٌ human beings مِّثْلُنَا like us, وَمَآ and not أَنزَلَ has revealed ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ the Most Gracious مِن any شَىْءٍ thing. إِنْ Not أَنتُمْ you إِلَّا (are) but تَكْذِبُونَ lying."
English - They said, "You are not but human beings like us, and the Most Merciful has not revealed a thing. You are only telling lies." .
हिंदी - उन्होंने कहा, तुम नहीं हो मगर हमारी तरह इंसान और रहमान ने कुछ नहीं उतारा, तुम सिर्फ़ झूठ बोल रहे हो।.
Ayah 16
قَالُوا۟ They said, رَبُّنَا "Our Lord, يَعْلَمُ knows إِنَّآ that we إِلَيْكُمْ to you لَمُرْسَلُونَ (are) surely Messengers,
English - They said, "Our Lord knows that we are messengers to you, .
हिंदी - उन्होंने कहा, “हमारा रब जानता है कि हम तुम्हारी तरफ़ भेजे गए हैं”।.
Ayah 17
وَمَا And not عَلَيْنَآ (is) on us إِلَّا except ٱلْبَلَٰغُ the conveyance ٱلْمُبِينُ clear."
English - And we are not responsible except for clear notification." .
हिंदी - और हम पर नहीं है मगर साफ़ साफ़ पहुंचा देना।.
Ayah 18
قَالُوٓا۟ They said, إِنَّا "Indeed, we تَطَيَّرْنَا [we] see an evil omen بِكُمْ from you. لَئِن If لَّمْ not تَنتَهُوا۟ you desist, لَنَرْجُمَنَّكُمْ surely, we will stone you, وَلَيَمَسَّنَّكُم and surely will touch you مِّنَّا from us عَذَابٌ a punishment أَلِيمٌ painful."
English - They said, "Indeed, we consider you a bad omen. If you do not desist, we will surely stone you, and there will surely touch you, from us, a painful punishment." .
हिंदी - उन्होंने कहा कि हम ने तुम्हें मनहूस समझा, अगर तुम रुके नहीं तो हम तम्हें पत्थर मारेंगे और हमारी तरफ़ से तुम्हें दर्दनाक सज़्ाा पहुंचेगी।.
Ayah 19
قَالُوا۟ They said, طَٰٓئِرُكُم "Your evil omen مَّعَكُمْ (be) with you! أَئِن Is it because ذُكِّرْتُم you are admonished? بَلْ Nay, أَنتُمْ you قَوْمٌ (are) a people مُّسْرِفُونَ transgressing."
English - They said, "Your omen is with yourselves. Is it because you were reminded? Rather, you are a transgressing people." .
हिंदी - उन्होंने कहा, तुम्हारी नहूसत तुम्हारे साथ है, क्या इसलिए कि तुम्हें याददिहानी कराई गई? बल्कि तुम हद पार करने वाली कौ़म हो।.
Ayah 20
وَجَآءَ And came مِنْ from أَقْصَا (the) farthest end ٱلْمَدِينَةِ (of) the city رَجُلٌ a man يَسْعَىٰ running. قَالَ He said, يَٰقَوْمِ "O my People! ٱتَّبِعُوا۟ Follow ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ the Messengers.
English - And there came from the farthest end of the city a man, running. He said, "O my people, follow the messengers. .
हिंदी - और शहर के दूर किनारे से एक आदमी आया दौड़ता हुआ, कहा कि ऐ मेरी क़ौम, रसूलों की पैरवी करो।.
Ayah 21
ٱتَّبِعُوا۟ Follow مَن (those) who لَّا (do) not يَسْـَٔلُكُمْ ask (of) you أَجْرًا any payment, وَهُم and they مُّهْتَدُونَ (are) rightly guided.
English - Follow those who do not ask of you [any] payment, and they are [rightly] guided. .
हिंदी - पैरवी करो उनकी, जो तुम से सवाल नहीं करते किसी बदले का, और वह सीधे रास्ते पर हैं।.
Ayah 22
وَمَا And what لِىَ (is) for me لَآ (that) not أَعْبُدُ I worship ٱلَّذِى the One Who فَطَرَنِى created me وَإِلَيْهِ and to Whom تُرْجَعُونَ you will be returned?
English - And why should I not worship He who created me and to whom you will be returned? .
हिंदी - और मुझे क्या हुआ है कि मैं उसकी इबादत ना करूँ जिसने मुझे पैदा किया और उसी की तरफ़ तुम लौटाए जाओगे।.
Ayah 23
ءَأَتَّخِذُ Should I take مِن besides Him دُونِهِۦٓ besides Him ءَالِهَةً gods? إِن If يُرِدْنِ intends for me ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ the Most Gracious بِضُرٍّ any harm لَّا not تُغْنِ will avail عَنِّى [from] me شَفَٰعَتُهُمْ their intercession شَيْـًٔا (in) anything, وَلَا and not يُنقِذُونِ they (can) save me.
English - Should I take other than Him [false] deities [while], if the Most Merciful intends for me some adversity, their intercession will not avail me at all, nor can they save me? .
हिंदी - क्या मैं उसके अलावा कई ख़ुदा बना लूँ? अगर रहम करने वाला मुझे तकलीफ़ देने का इरादा करे, तो उनकी सिफ़ारिश मुझे कुछ फ़ायदा नहीं पहुँचाएगी और ना वह मुझे बचा सकेंगे।.
Ayah 24
إِنِّىٓ Indeed, I إِذًا then لَّفِى surely would be in ضَلَٰلٍ an error مُّبِينٍ clear.
English - Indeed, I would then be in manifest error. .
हिंदी - यक़ीनन तब तो मैं खुली गुमराही में हूँ।.
Ayah 25
إِنِّىٓ Indeed, I ءَامَنتُ [I] have believed بِرَبِّكُمْ in your Lord, فَٱسْمَعُونِ so listen to me."
English - Indeed, I have believed in your Lord, so listen to me." .
हिंदी - बेशक मैं ईमान लाया तुम्हारे पालनहार पर, तो मेरी सुनो।.
Ayah 26
قِيلَ It was said, ٱدْخُلِ "Enter ٱلْجَنَّةَ Paradise." قَالَ He said, يَٰلَيْتَ "I wish قَوْمِى my people يَعْلَمُونَ knew
English - It was said, "Enter Paradise." He said, "I wish my people could know .
हिंदी - कहा गया कि जन्नत में दाख़िल हो जाओ, उसने कहा, ऐ काश मेरी क़ौम जानती,.
Ayah 27
بِمَا Of how غَفَرَ has forgiven لِى me رَبِّى my Lord وَجَعَلَنِى and placed me مِنَ among ٱلْمُكْرَمِينَ the honored ones."
English - Of how my Lord has forgiven me and placed me among the honored." .
हिंदी - जैसे मेरे रब ने मुझे माफ़ कर दिया और मुझे इज़्ज़्ात वालों में से बना दिया।.
Ayah 28
وَمَآ And not أَنزَلْنَا We sent down عَلَىٰ upon قَوْمِهِۦ his people مِنۢ after him بَعْدِهِۦ after him مِن any جُندٍ host مِّنَ from ٱلسَّمَآءِ the heaven, وَمَا and not كُنَّا were We مُنزِلِينَ (to) send down.
English - And We did not send down upon his people after him any soldiers from the heaven, nor would We have done so. .
हिंदी - और हम ने नहीं उतारी उसकी क़ौम पर उसके बाद कोई फ़ौज आसमान से, और ना हम उतारने वाले थे।.
Ayah 29
إِن Not كَانَتْ it was إِلَّا but صَيْحَةً a shout وَٰحِدَةً one فَإِذَا then behold! هُمْ They خَٰمِدُونَ (were) extinguished.
English - It was not but one shout, and immediately they were extinguished. .
हिंदी - वह नहीं थी मगर एक चीख़, फिर अचानक वह बुझ गए।.
Ayah 30
يَٰحَسْرَةً Alas عَلَى for ٱلْعِبَادِ the servants! مَا Not يَأْتِيهِم came to them مِّن any رَّسُولٍ Messenger إِلَّا but كَانُوا۟ they did بِهِۦ mock at him. يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ mock at him.
English - How regretful for the servants. There did not come to them any messenger except that they used to ridicule him. .
हिंदी - हाय अफ़सोस बंदों पर, कोई रसूल नहीं आता था उनके पास मगर वह उसका मज़्ााक़ उड़ाया करते थे।.
Ayah 31
أَلَمْ Do not يَرَوْا۟ they see كَمْ how many أَهْلَكْنَا We destroyed قَبْلَهُم before them مِّنَ of ٱلْقُرُونِ the generations? أَنَّهُمْ That they إِلَيْهِمْ to them لَا will not return. يَرْجِعُونَ will not return.
English - Have they not considered how many generations We destroyed before them – that they to them will not return? .
हिंदी - क्या उन्होंने नहीं देखा कि कितनी ही क़ौमों को हम ने उनसे पहले तबाह कर दिया, बेशक वह उनके पास नहीं लौटेंगे।.
Ayah 32
وَإِن And surely كُلٌّ all لَّمَّا then جَمِيعٌ together, لَّدَيْنَا before Us مُحْضَرُونَ (will be) brought.
English - And indeed, all of them will yet be brought present before Us. .
हिंदी - और सब के सब जमा हो कर हमारे पास ही हाजि़्ार किए जाने वाले हैं।.
Ayah 33
وَءَايَةٌ And a Sign لَّهُمُ for them ٱلْأَرْضُ (is) the earth ٱلْمَيْتَةُ dead. أَحْيَيْنَٰهَا We give it life وَأَخْرَجْنَا and We bring forth مِنْهَا from it حَبًّا grain, فَمِنْهُ and from it يَأْكُلُونَ they eat.
English - And a sign for them is the dead earth. We have brought it to life and brought forth from it grain, and from it they eat. .
हिंदी - और एक निशानी उनके लिए मुर्दा ज़्ामीन है, हम ने उसे जि़्ांदा किया और उस से अनाज उगाया, तो उसी से वह खाते हैं।.
Ayah 34
وَجَعَلْنَا And We placed فِيهَا therein جَنَّٰتٍ gardens مِّن of نَّخِيلٍ date-palms وَأَعْنَٰبٍ and grapevines, وَفَجَّرْنَا and We caused to gush forth فِيهَا in it مِنَ of ٱلْعُيُونِ the springs,
English - And We placed therein gardens of palm trees and grapevines and caused to burst forth therefrom some springs – .
हिंदी - और हम ने बनाए उस में खजूरों और अंगूरों के बाग़, और फोड़ निकाले हम ने उस मेें फ़व्वारे,.
Ayah 35
لِيَأْكُلُوا۟ That they may eat مِن of ثَمَرِهِۦ its fruit. وَمَا And not عَمِلَتْهُ made it أَيْدِيهِمْ their hands. أَفَلَا So will not يَشْكُرُونَ they be grateful?
English - That they may eat of His fruit. And their hands have not produced it, so will they not be grateful? .
हिंदी - ताकि वह उसके फल में से खाएं, और उसे नहीं बनाया उनके हाथों ने, तो क्या वह शुक्र अदा नहीं करेंगे?.
Ayah 36
سُبْحَٰنَ Glory be ٱلَّذِى (to) the One Who خَلَقَ created ٱلْأَزْوَٰجَ (in) pairs كُلَّهَا all مِمَّا of what تُنۢبِتُ grows ٱلْأَرْضُ the earth وَمِنْ and of أَنفُسِهِمْ themselves, وَمِمَّا and of what لَا not يَعْلَمُونَ they know.
English - Exalted is He who created all pairs – from what the earth grows and from themselves and from that which they do not know. .
हिंदी - पाक है वह जिसने पैदा किए हर एक के जोड़ेए उसके जिसे ज़्ामीन उगाती है और उनकी ;अपनीद्ध जानों के और उसके जिसे वह नहीं जानते हैं।.
Ayah 37
وَءَايَةٌ And a Sign لَّهُمُ for them ٱلَّيْلُ (is) the night. نَسْلَخُ We withdraw مِنْهُ from it ٱلنَّهَارَ the day. فَإِذَا Then behold! هُم They مُّظْلِمُونَ (are) those in darkness.
English - And a sign for them is the night. We remove from it [the light of] day, so they are [left] in darkness. .
हिंदी - और एक निशानी उनके लिए रात है, जिस से हम दिन को खींच लेते हैं, फिर अचानक वह अंधेरे में हो जाते हैं।.
Ayah 38
وَٱلشَّمْسُ And the sun تَجْرِى runs لِمُسْتَقَرٍّ to a term appointed لَّهَا for it. ذَٰلِكَ That تَقْدِيرُ (is the) Decree ٱلْعَزِيزِ (of) the All-Mighty, ٱلْعَلِيمِ the All-Knowing.
English - And the sun runs [on course] toward its stopping point. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing. .
हिंदी - और सूरज अपने ठिकाने की तरफ़ चलता रहता है, वह बहुत ज़्ाबरदस्त, ख़ूब जानने वाले का अंदाज़्ाा है।.
Ayah 39
وَٱلْقَمَرَ And the moon - قَدَّرْنَٰهُ We have ordained for it مَنَازِلَ phases حَتَّىٰ until, عَادَ it returns كَٱلْعُرْجُونِ like the date stalk, ٱلْقَدِيمِ the old.
English - And the moon – We have determined for it phases, until it returns [appearing] like the old date stalk. .
हिंदी - और हमने चाँद की कुछ मंजि़्ालें बना दी हैं, यहाँ तक कि वह पुरानी टहनी की तरह हो जाता है।.
Ayah 40
لَا Not ٱلشَّمْسُ the sun يَنۢبَغِى is permitted لَهَآ for it - أَن that تُدْرِكَ it overtakes ٱلْقَمَرَ the moon, وَلَا and not ٱلَّيْلُ the night سَابِقُ (can) outstrip ٱلنَّهَارِ the day, وَكُلٌّ but all فِى in فَلَكٍ an orbit يَسْبَحُونَ they are floating.
English - It is not allowable for the sun to reach the moon, nor does the night overtake the day, but each, in an orbit, is swimming. .
हिंदी - न सूरज इस के लायक़ है कि वह चाँद को जा पकड़े और न रात दिन से पहले आने वाली है और सब एक दायरे में तैर रहे हैं।.
Ayah 41
وَءَايَةٌ And a Sign لَّهُمْ for them أَنَّا (is) that حَمَلْنَا We carried ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ their offspring فِى in ٱلْفُلْكِ the ship ٱلْمَشْحُونِ laden.
English - And a sign for them is that We carried their forefathers in a laden ship. .
हिंदी - और उनके लिए एक निशानी है कि हमने उनकी नस्ल को भरी हुई नाव में सवार किया।.
Ayah 42
وَخَلَقْنَا And We created لَهُم for them مِّن from مِّثْلِهِۦ (the) likes of it مَا what يَرْكَبُونَ they ride.
English - And We created for them from the likes of it that which they ride. .
हिंदी - और हमने उनके लिए पैदा कीं उस जैसी (चीज़्ों) जिन पर वह सवार होते हैं।.
Ayah 43
وَإِن And if نَّشَأْ We will, نُغْرِقْهُمْ We could drown them; فَلَا then not صَرِيخَ (would be) a responder to a cry لَهُمْ for them, وَلَا and not هُمْ they يُنقَذُونَ would be saved,
English - And if We should will, We could drown them; then no one responding to a cry would there be for them, nor would they be saved .
हिंदी - और अगर हम चाहें तो उन्हें डुबो दें, फिर उनके लिए कोई मददगार नहीं होगा और न वह बचाए जाएंगे।.
Ayah 44
إِلَّا Except رَحْمَةً (by) Mercy مِّنَّا from Us وَمَتَٰعًا and provision إِلَىٰ for حِينٍ a time.
English - Except as a mercy from Us and provision for a time. .
हिंदी - मगर हमारी तरफ़ से मेहरबानी है और एक वक़्त तक फ़ायदा देना है।.
Ayah 45
وَإِذَا And when قِيلَ it is said لَهُمُ to them, ٱتَّقُوا۟ "Fear مَا what بَيْنَ (is) before you أَيْدِيكُمْ (is) before you وَمَا and what خَلْفَكُمْ (is) behind you لَعَلَّكُمْ so that you may تُرْحَمُونَ receive mercy."
English - But when it is said to them, "Beware of what is before you and what is behind you; perhaps you will receive mercy…" .
हिंदी - और जब उनसे कहा जाता है कि तुम बचो उस से जो तुम्हारे आगे है और जो तुम्हारे पीछे है, ताकि तुम पर रहम किया जाए,.
Ayah 46
وَمَا And not تَأْتِيهِم comes to them مِّنْ of ءَايَةٍ a Sign مِّنْ from ءَايَٰتِ (the) Signs رَبِّهِمْ (of) their Lord, إِلَّا but كَانُوا۟ they عَنْهَا from it مُعْرِضِينَ turn away.
English - And no sign comes to them from the signs of their Lord except that they are from it turning away. .
हिंदी - और नहीं आती थी उनके पास कोई निशानी उनके रब की निशानियों में से, मगर वह उस से मँुह फेरने वाले थे।.
Ayah 47
وَإِذَا And when قِيلَ it is said لَهُمْ to them, أَنفِقُوا۟ "Spend مِمَّا from what رَزَقَكُمُ (has) provided you ٱللَّهُ Allah." قَالَ Said ٱلَّذِينَ those who كَفَرُوا۟ disbelieved لِلَّذِينَ to those who ءَامَنُوٓا۟ believed, أَنُطْعِمُ "Should we feed مَن whom لَّوْ if يَشَآءُ Allah willed - ٱللَّهُ Allah willed - أَطْعَمَهُۥٓ He would have fed him?" إِنْ Not أَنتُمْ (are) you إِلَّا except فِى in ضَلَٰلٍ an error مُّبِينٍ clear.
English - And when it is said to them, "Spend from that which Allah has provided for you," those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Should we feed one whom, if Allah had willed, He would have fed? You are not but in clear error." .
हिंदी - और जब उनसे कहा जाता है कि ख़र्च करो उसमें से जो अल्लाह ने तुम्हें दिया है, तो काफ़िर कहते हैं ईमान वालों से “क्या हम उसे खाना खिलाएं जिसे अगर अल्लाह चाहता तो खिला देता, तुम नहीं हो मगर खुली गुमराही में”।.
Ayah 48
وَيَقُولُونَ And they say, مَتَىٰ "When (is) هَٰذَا this ٱلْوَعْدُ promise, إِن if كُنتُمْ you are صَٰدِقِينَ truthful?"
English - And they say, "When is this promise, if you should be truthful?" .
हिंदी - और वह कहते हैं, कब है यह वादा? अगर तुम सच्चे हो।.
Ayah 49
مَا Not يَنظُرُونَ they await إِلَّا except صَيْحَةً a shout وَٰحِدَةً one, تَأْخُذُهُمْ it will seize them وَهُمْ while they يَخِصِّمُونَ are disputing.
English - They do not await except one blast which will seize them while they are disputing. .
हिंदी - वह इंतेज़्ाार नहीं कर रहे मगर एक चीख़ का जो उन्हें पकड़ लेगी और वह झगड़ रहेेेेेे होंगे।.
Ayah 50
فَلَا Then not يَسْتَطِيعُونَ they will be able تَوْصِيَةً (to) make a will, وَلَآ and not إِلَىٰٓ to أَهْلِهِمْ their people يَرْجِعُونَ they (can) return.
English - And they will not be able [to give] any instruction, nor to their people can they return. .
हिंदी - फिर न वह कोई वसिय्यत कर सकेंगे और न अपने घरवालों की तरफ़ लौटेंगे।.
Ayah 51
وَنُفِخَ And will be blown فِى [in] ٱلصُّورِ the trumpet, فَإِذَا and behold! هُم They مِّنَ from ٱلْأَجْدَاثِ the graves إِلَىٰ to رَبِّهِمْ their Lord يَنسِلُونَ [they] will hasten.
English - And the Horn will be blown; and at once from the graves to their Lord they will hasten. .
हिंदी - और सूर (नरसिंघा) में फंूक मारी जाएगी फिर अचानक वह क़ब्रों से अपने रब की तरफ़ दौड़ने लगेंगे।.
Ayah 52
قَالُوا۟ They [will] say, يَٰوَيْلَنَا "O woe to us! مَنۢ Who بَعَثَنَا has raised us مِن from مَّرْقَدِنَا our sleeping place?" هَٰذَا "This (is) مَا what وَعَدَ (had) promised ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ the Most Gracious, وَصَدَقَ and told (the) truth ٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ the Messengers."
English - They will say, "O woe to us! Who has raised us up from our sleeping place?" [The reply will be], "This is what the Most Merciful had promised, and the messengers told the truth." .
हिंदी - वह कहेंगे, हाय हमारी बर्बादी, किसने हमें उठा दिया हमारी सोने की जगह से? यह वह है जिसका वादा रहमान ने किया था और सच कहा था रसूलों ने।.
Ayah 53
إِن Not كَانَتْ it will be إِلَّا but صَيْحَةً a shout وَٰحِدَةً single, فَإِذَا so behold! هُمْ They جَمِيعٌ all لَّدَيْنَا before Us مُحْضَرُونَ (will be) brought.
English - It will not be but one blast, and at once they are all brought present before Us. .
हिंदी - नहीं होगी वह, मगर एक चीख़, फिर अचानक वह सबके सब, हमारे पास हाजि़्ार किए जाएंगे।.
Ayah 54
فَٱلْيَوْمَ So this Day لَا not تُظْلَمُ will be wronged نَفْسٌ a soul شَيْـًٔا (in) anything وَلَا and not تُجْزَوْنَ you will be recompensed إِلَّا except مَا (for) what كُنتُمْ you used (to) تَعْمَلُونَ do.
English - So today no soul will be wronged at all, and you will not be recompensed except for what you used to do. .
हिंदी - तो उस दिन किसी जान पर कुछ भी ज़्ाुल्म नहीं किया जाएगा और तुम्हें बदला नहीं दिया जाएगा मगर उसका जो तुम किया करते थे।.
Ayah 55
إِنَّ Indeed, أَصْحَٰبَ (the) companions ٱلْجَنَّةِ (of) Paradise ٱلْيَوْمَ this Day فِى [in] شُغُلٍ will be occupied فَٰكِهُونَ (in) amusement,
English - Indeed the companions of Paradise, that Day, will be amused in [joyful] occupation – .
हिंदी - बेशक जन्नत वाले उस दिन मसरूफ़ियत मेें मज़्ो कर रहे होंगे।.
Ayah 56
هُمْ They وَأَزْوَٰجُهُمْ and their spouses فِى in ظِلَٰلٍ shades, عَلَى on ٱلْأَرَآئِكِ [the] couches مُتَّكِـُٔونَ reclining.
English - They and their spouses – in shade, reclining on adorned couches. .
हिंदी - वह और उनकी बीवियाँ सायों में तख़्तों पर टेक लगाए होंगे।.
Ayah 57
لَهُمْ For them فِيهَا therein فَٰكِهَةٌ (are) fruits, وَلَهُم and for them مَّا (is) whatever يَدَّعُونَ they call for.
English - For them therein is fruit, and for them is whatever they request [or wish] .
हिंदी - उनके लिए उसमें फल होंगे और उनके लिए वह होगा जो वह माँग लें।.
Ayah 58
سَلَٰمٌ "Peace." قَوْلًا A word مِّن from رَّبٍّ a Lord رَّحِيمٍ Most Merciful.
English - [And] "Peace," a word from a Merciful Lord. .
हिंदी - एक बहुत रहम करने वाले रब की तरफ़ से (उन्हें) सलाम कहा जाएगा।.
Ayah 59
وَٱمْتَٰزُوا۟ "But stand apart ٱلْيَوْمَ today أَيُّهَا O criminals! ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ O criminals!
English - [Then He will say], "But stand apart today, you criminals. .
हिंदी - और आज तुम अलग हो जाओ, ऐ मुजरिमो।.
Ayah 60
أَلَمْ Did not أَعْهَدْ I enjoin إِلَيْكُمْ upon you يَٰبَنِىٓ O Children of Adam! ءَادَمَ O Children of Adam! أَن That لَّا (do) not تَعْبُدُوا۟ worship ٱلشَّيْطَٰنَ the Shaitaan, إِنَّهُۥ indeed, he لَكُمْ (is) for you عَدُوٌّ an enemy مُّبِينٌ clear,
English - Did I not enjoin upon you, O children of Adam, that you not worship Satan – [for] indeed, he is to you a clear enemy – .
हिंदी - ऐ आदम की औलाद, क्या मैंने तुम से वादा नहीं लिया था कि तुम शैतान की पूजा ना करना, बेशक वह तुम्हारा खुला दुश्मन है,.
Ayah 61
وَأَنِ And that ٱعْبُدُونِى you worship Me? هَٰذَا This صِرَٰطٌ (is) a Path مُّسْتَقِيمٌ Straight.
English - And that you worship [only] Me? This is a straight path. .
हिंदी - और यह कि मेरी इबादत करना, यह एक सीधा रास्ता है।.
Ayah 62
وَلَقَدْ And indeed, أَضَلَّ he led astray مِنكُمْ from you جِبِلًّا a multitude كَثِيرًا great. أَفَلَمْ Then did not تَكُونُوا۟ you تَعْقِلُونَ use reason?
English - And he had already led astray from among you much of creation, so did you not use reason? .
हिंदी - और यक़ीनन उसने तुम में से बहुत से लोगों को गुमराह कर दिया, तो क्या तुम समझते नहीं थे?.
Ayah 63
هَٰذِهِۦ This (is) جَهَنَّمُ (the) Hell ٱلَّتِى which كُنتُمْ you were تُوعَدُونَ promised.
English - This is the Hellfire which you were promised. .
हिंदी - यह वह जहन्नम है जिसका तुम से वादा किया जाता था।.
Ayah 64
ٱصْلَوْهَا Burn therein ٱلْيَوْمَ today بِمَا because كُنتُمْ you used to تَكْفُرُونَ disbelieve."
English - [Enter to] burn therein today for what you used to deny." .
हिंदी - आज इस में जलो, उसके बदले जो तुम कुफ्ऱ किया करते थे।.
Ayah 65
ٱلْيَوْمَ This Day نَخْتِمُ We will seal عَلَىٰٓ [on] أَفْوَٰهِهِمْ their mouths, وَتُكَلِّمُنَآ and will speak to Us أَيْدِيهِمْ their hands, وَتَشْهَدُ and will bear witness أَرْجُلُهُم their feet بِمَا about what كَانُوا۟ they used to يَكْسِبُونَ earn.
English - That Day, We will seal over their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us, and their feet will testify about what they used to earn. .
हिंदी - आज हम मुहर लगा देंगे उनके मुँह पर और हम से बात करेंगे उनके हाथ और गवाही देंगे उनके पैर, उसकी जो वह कमाया करते थे।.
Ayah 66
وَلَوْ And if نَشَآءُ We willed, لَطَمَسْنَا We (would have) surely obliterated عَلَىٰٓ [over] أَعْيُنِهِمْ their eyes, فَٱسْتَبَقُوا۟ then they (would) race ٱلصِّرَٰطَ (to find) the path, فَأَنَّىٰ then how يُبْصِرُونَ (could) they see?
English - And if We willed, We could have obliterated their eyes, and they would race to [find] the path, and how could they see? .
हिंदी - और अगर हम चाहते तो उनकी आँखें अंधी कर देते, फिर वह रास्ते की तरफ़ दौड़ते, तो वह कहाँ से देखते?.
Ayah 67
وَلَوْ And if نَشَآءُ We willed لَمَسَخْنَٰهُمْ surely, We (would have) transformed them عَلَىٰ in مَكَانَتِهِمْ their places فَمَا then not ٱسْتَطَٰعُوا۟ they would have been able مُضِيًّا to proceed وَلَا and not يَرْجِعُونَ return.
English - And if We willed, We could have deformed them, [paralyzing them] in their places so they would not be able to proceed, nor could they return. .
हिंदी - और अगर हम चाहते तो बिगाड़ देते उन्हें, उनकी जगह पर, तो न वह आगे जा सकते थे, न वह लौट सकतेे थे।.
Ayah 68
وَمَن And (he) whom نُّعَمِّرْهُ We grant him long life, نُنَكِّسْهُ We reverse him فِى in ٱلْخَلْقِ the creation. أَفَلَا Then will not يَعْقِلُونَ they use intellect?
English - And he to whom We grant long life We reverse in creation; so will they not understand? .
हिंदी - और जिसे हम लम्बी उम्र देते हैं तो बनावट में हम उसे पलट देते हैं, तो क्या वह नहीं समझते?.
Ayah 69
وَمَا And not عَلَّمْنَٰهُ We taught him ٱلشِّعْرَ [the] poetry, وَمَا and not يَنۢبَغِى it is befitting لَهُۥٓ for him. إِنْ Not هُوَ it إِلَّا (is) except ذِكْرٌ a Reminder وَقُرْءَانٌ and a Quran مُّبِينٌ clear,
English - And We did not give Prophet Muhammad, knowledge of poetry, nor is it befitting for him. It is not but a message and a clear Qur’an .
हिंदी - और हम ने उसे शेर नहीं सिखाया और ना वह उसके लिए उचित है। यह नहीं है मगर एक याददिहानी और खुला क़ुरआन।.
Ayah 70
لِّيُنذِرَ To warn مَن (him) who كَانَ is حَيًّا alive وَيَحِقَّ and may be proved true ٱلْقَوْلُ the Word عَلَى against ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ the disbelievers.
English - To warn whoever is alive and justify the word against the disbelievers. .
हिंदी - ताकि वह उसे ख़बरदार करे जो जि़्ांदा हो और काफ़िरों पर बात साबित हो जाए।.
Ayah 71
أَوَلَمْ Do not يَرَوْا۟ they see أَنَّا that We خَلَقْنَا [We] created لَهُم for them مِّمَّا from what عَمِلَتْ have made أَيْدِينَآ Our hands, أَنْعَٰمًا cattle, فَهُمْ then they لَهَا [for them] مَٰلِكُونَ (are the) owners?
English - Do they not see that We have created for them from what Our hands have made, grazing livestock, and [then] they are their owners? .
हिंदी - क्या उन्होंने नहीं देखा कि हमने पैदा किए उनके लिए मवेशी, उसमें से जिसे बनाया है हमारे हाथों ने, तो वह उनके मालिक हैं।.
Ayah 72
وَذَلَّلْنَٰهَا And We have tamed them لَهُمْ for them, فَمِنْهَا so some of them - رَكُوبُهُمْ they ride them, وَمِنْهَا and some of them يَأْكُلُونَ they eat.
English - And We have tamed them for them, so some of them they ride, and some of them they eat. .
हिंदी - और उन्हें हम ने उनके क़ाबू में कर दिया, तो कुछ उनमें से उनकी सवारी हैं और कुछ उनमें से वह खाते हैं।.
Ayah 73
وَلَهُمْ And for them فِيهَا therein مَنَٰفِعُ (are) benefits وَمَشَارِبُ and drinks, أَفَلَا so (will) not يَشْكُرُونَ they give thanks?
English - And for them therein are [other] benefits and drinks, so will they not be grateful? .
हिंदी - और उनके लिए उनमें कई फ़ायदे हैं और पीने की चीज़्ों हैं, तो क्या वह शुक्र नहीं करते?.
Ayah 74
وَٱتَّخَذُوا۟ But they have taken مِن besides دُونِ besides ٱللَّهِ Allah ءَالِهَةً gods, لَّعَلَّهُمْ that they may يُنصَرُونَ be helped.
English - But they have taken besides Allah [false] deities that perhaps they would be helped. .
हिंदी - और उन्होंने अल्लाह के सिवा कई पूज्य बना लिए कि शायद उनकी मदद की जाए।.
Ayah 75
لَا Not يَسْتَطِيعُونَ they are able نَصْرَهُمْ to help them, وَهُمْ but they - لَهُمْ for them جُندٌ (are) hosts مُّحْضَرُونَ (who will) be brought.
English - They are not able to help them, and they [themselves] are for them soldiers in attendance. .
हिंदी - वह उनकी मदद नहीं कर सकेंगे और वह (ख़ुद) उनके लिए एक हाजि़्ार किए हुए लश्कर होंगे।.
Ayah 76
فَلَا So (let) not يَحْزُنكَ grieve you قَوْلُهُمْ their speech. إِنَّا Indeed, We نَعْلَمُ [We] know مَا what يُسِرُّونَ they conceal وَمَا and what يُعْلِنُونَ they declare.
English - So let not their speech grieve you. Indeed, We know what they conceal and what they declare. .
हिंदी - तो उनकी बात तुम्हें ग़म में ना डाले, बेशक हम जानते हैं जो वह छिपाते हैं और जो वह ज़्ााहिर करते हैं।.
Ayah 77
أَوَلَمْ Does not يَرَ see ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ [the] man أَنَّا that We خَلَقْنَٰهُ [We] created him مِن from نُّطْفَةٍ a semen-drop فَإِذَا Then behold! هُوَ He خَصِيمٌ (is) an opponent مُّبِينٌ clear.
English - Does man not consider that We created him from a [mere] sperm-drop – then at once he is a clear adversary? .
हिंदी - क्या इंसान ने नहीं देखा कि हम ने उसे एक बँूद (नुत्फ़े) से पैदा किया, फिर भी वह खुला झगड़ालू है।.
Ayah 78
وَضَرَبَ And he sets forth لَنَا for Us مَثَلًا an example وَنَسِىَ and forgets خَلْقَهُۥ his (own) creation. قَالَ He says, مَن "Who يُحْىِ will give life ٱلْعِظَٰمَ (to) the bones وَهِىَ while they رَمِيمٌ (are) decomposed?"
English - And he presents for Us an example and forgets his [own] creation. He says, "Who will give life to bones while they are disintegrated?" .
हिंदी - और उसने हमारे लिए एक मिसाल दी और अपनी पैदाइश को भूल गया, उसने कहा, “कौन जि़्ांदा करेगा हड्डियों को जबकि वह गल चुकी हांेगी”?.
Ayah 79
قُلْ Say, يُحْيِيهَا "He will give them life ٱلَّذِىٓ Who أَنشَأَهَآ produced them أَوَّلَ (the) first مَرَّةٍ time; وَهُوَ and He بِكُلِّ (is) of every خَلْقٍ creation عَلِيمٌ All-Knower."
English - Say, "He will give them life who produced them the first time; and He is, of all creation, Knowing." .
हिंदी - कह दो, वही उनको जि़्ांदा करेगा जिसने उन्हें पहली बार पैदा किया और वह हर पैदाइश के बारे में ख़ूब जानता है।.
Ayah 80
ٱلَّذِى The One Who جَعَلَ made لَكُم for you مِّنَ from ٱلشَّجَرِ the tree ٱلْأَخْضَرِ [the] green - نَارًا fire, فَإِذَآ and behold! أَنتُم You مِّنْهُ from it تُوقِدُونَ ignite.
English - [It is] He who made for you from the green tree, fire, and then from it you ignite. .
हिंदी - जिसने तुम्हारे लिए हरे पेड़ से आग पैदा की फिर अब तुम उस से आग जला लेते हो।.
Ayah 81
أَوَلَيْسَ Is it not ٱلَّذِى (He) Who خَلَقَ created ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ the heavens وَٱلْأَرْضَ and the earth بِقَٰدِرٍ Able عَلَىٰٓ to أَن [that] يَخْلُقَ create مِثْلَهُم (the) like of them. بَلَىٰ Yes, indeed! وَهُوَ and He ٱلْخَلَّٰقُ (is) the Supreme Creator, ٱلْعَلِيمُ the All-Knower.
English - Is not He who created the heavens and the earth Able to create the likes of them? Yes, [it is so]; and He is the Knowing Creator. .
हिंदी - क्या वह जिसने आसमानों और ज़्ामीन को पैदा किया, इस पर ताक़त नहीं रखता कि वह उनके जैसा पैदा करे? क्यों नहीं, जबकि वही है असल पैदा करने वाला, ख़ूब जानने वाला।.
Ayah 82
إِنَّمَآ Only أَمْرُهُۥٓ His Command إِذَآ when أَرَادَ He intends شَيْـًٔا a thing أَن that يَقُولَ He says لَهُۥ to it, كُن "Be," فَيَكُونُ and it is.
English - His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, "Be," and it is. .
हिंदी - उसका हुक्म यही है कि जब वह किसी चीज़्ा का इरादा करता है कि वह उस से कहे, “हो जा”, तोे वह हो जाती है।.
Ayah 83
فَسُبْحَٰنَ So glory be ٱلَّذِى (to) the One who بِيَدِهِۦ in Whose hand مَلَكُوتُ is (the) dominion كُلِّ (of) all شَىْءٍ things, وَإِلَيْهِ and to Him تُرْجَعُونَ you will be returned.
English - So exalted is He in whose hand is the realm of all things, and to Him you will be returned. .
हिंदी - तो पाक है वह जिसके हाथ मेें हर चीज़्ा की बादशाहत है और उसी की तरफ़ तुम लौटाए जाओगे।.
