Ayah 1
أَرَءَيْتَ Have you seen ٱلَّذِى the one who يُكَذِّبُ denies بِٱلدِّينِ the Judgment?
English - Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense? .
हिंदी - क्या तुम ने उसे देखा जो दीन को झुठलाता है?.
Ayah 2
فَذَٰلِكَ Then that ٱلَّذِى (is) the one who يَدُعُّ repulses ٱلْيَتِيمَ the orphan,
English - For that is the one who drives away the orphan .
हिंदी - तो वही है जो अनाथ (यतीम) को धक्के देता है।.
Ayah 3
وَلَا And (does) not يَحُضُّ feel the urge عَلَىٰ to طَعَامِ feed ٱلْمِسْكِينِ the poor.
English - And does not encourage the feeding of the poor. .
हिंदी - और वह ग़रीब को खाना खिलाने पर बढ़ावा नहीं देता।.
Ayah 4
فَوَيْلٌ So woe لِّلْمُصَلِّينَ to those who pray,
English - So woe to those who pray .
हिंदी - तो ऐसे नमाज़ियों के लिए बर्बादी है,.
Ayah 5
ٱلَّذِينَ Those who هُمْ [they] عَن about صَلَاتِهِمْ their prayers سَاهُونَ (are) neglectful,
English - [But] who are heedless of their prayer – .
हिंदी - जो अपनी नमाज़ से बेपरवाह हैं,.
Ayah 6
ٱلَّذِينَ Those who هُمْ [they] يُرَآءُونَ make show.
English - Those who make show [of their deeds] .
हिंदी - जो दिखावा करते हैं,.
Ayah 7
وَيَمْنَعُونَ And they deny ٱلْمَاعُونَ [the] small kindnesses.
English - And withhold [simple] assistance. .
हिंदी - और वह मना करते हैं मामूली चीज़ को।.
